Luxury Cozy Villa :Home away from home

Enjoy spending a great vacation with your family in this beautiful 5 bed , 3 and a half bath home which has pretty much everything needed for the most relaxing vacation! Situated just minutes away from the world famous Disneyland and other theme parks, this villa is packed with things you will need for your memorable stay.

You will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated home with mostly brand new furnishing, and carpeting and wood flooring throughout. You can also enjoy the spacious living area fitted with a large T.V. with extensive T.V. channels, where you can lounge around with family and friends.

The first floor on suite master bedroom with King Bed with view to the private pool deck. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms, with one on suite, on the second floor. The fourth and the fifth rooms are each furnished with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have LCD TV’s, walk in closets, and alarm clock radios, and bathrooms fitted with hair dryers. The home has Free WiFi Connection and will sleep 10 people very comfortably.

Sit out on the patio facing the conservation, during the day and enjoy the warm summer weather while sipping on summer drinks or having a relaxing swim in the private pool. There is a brand new BBQ grill on the deck, for your evening entertainment.

When you are done with theme parks, there is a place to relax at home with a game of pool in the game room. The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The neighborhood is situated in a highly sort after subdivision Calabay Parc, which is also secured by a 24hr surveillance system.

Terrific host

Lovely property, the pool area was not overlooked at all, and the area had a very safe feeling. The host Rihal responded immediately to our enquiries and was extremely helpful.

Great stay.

We are a military family that was looking for a vacation with friends. This location did not disappoint. The house was clean and had just what we needed. We went during December timeframe and ordered the pool to be heated and it was pleasantly warm. We visited Universal and Sea World and it was about a 45 min drive when considering traffic in the morning. Near a Publix and a couple fast food places.

Nice spacious home in a very nice neighborhood

We were a family of eight, and we found this home in Davenport to be spacious and well apportioned. The game room was a big bonus for us! The home itself is nice and well furnished, with all the necessities, including kitchen items. It would be great for any length of stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location, not too far from all that Orlando has to offer, and near shopping areas for anything that is needed. Communication with the owners was excellent, making check in and check out easy.

Clean & spacious home

This home was very spacious , had everything you needed.I was impressed how we had a few trash bags , dishwashing tablets , laundry pods, etc.., other homes i have stayed didn’t go out of their way to leave us a few welcome items. The location is so close to stores, restaurants and not much of a long drive to the theme parks . As a manager of a cleaning company for 10yrs, this home is very cleaned , 5 star rating. we opted out having the pool heated ,the children didn’t mind the cooler water, they were too busy having so much fun swimming. The game room was a nice extra bonus for fun. I recommend staying in this home during your vacation.

Comfortable well maintained home

We spent a relaxing month in this very comfortable, well maintained and very clean home. All of the furnishings were quite comfortable and more than adequate for the 4 of us plus entertaining a few guests. The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked with any cooking equipment or utensils you could want. If you are a family with children, there is a vast amount of child related equipment. Communication with the owner and their management team was very prompt, consistent and resulted in immediate remediation of any problem encountered. This owner has taken extreme care in securing this home and there are alarms on every door and window - reassuring but does not enable you to open any windows to let air circulate instead of using air conditioning and the slider door to the pool area is alarmed as well - an annoyance but we understand a state mandate. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing - no wild parties, no racing cars down the street - a truly peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our monthlong stay - very convenient location to shopping, dining and Disney.

Fun in the Sun

The property was very spacious and accommodating. my family enjoyed it very much and the property manager Margaret was very helpful with a few small challenges we encountered. overall, a very nice experience. i would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home to stay at.

The stay was good, but all bedrooms needed a upgrade on the TVs, and the AC in the Game room did not work. The outside Grill was very dirty, we had to clean the grill and buy a new propane tank. We also fix pool table, it was off balance.The outside fan worked, but the light did not work. Overall it was a nice Villa Thank you

Overall really good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things. Like the batteries in most of the remotes need to be changed, the carpet need to be steam cleaned, and the lounge chairs in the pool area need to be updated. But other than that everything was great!

Significant to know before you rent

The house was great, the only thing that needs to be on the site before someone rents, is that the temperature in the house can’t be cooler than 75 degrees. The master bedroom is MUCH warmer than the 75 degrees in the living area. This made sleeping Very uncomfortable.

This house was amazing!

This house was amazing! The best BNB I've rented In a while. I took my kids to Florida for Spring break and we enjoyed our stay! Location is close to everything; restaurants, grocery store, Disney World, and so many other things. The house is beautiful, spacious, fully equipped and most importantly CLEAN. Would love to stay here again!

House was perfect - Host was AMAZING!!

When my family arrived in Florida in mid February there was an issue with the original house we booked. I was very stressed and then found this house available for our exact dates. I inquired with the host and they were able to get us into this house within hours of our initial contact! Absolutely amazing dealing with this caring host! This house is perfect! It's clean, well taken care of, well-stocked and has everything you need to have a fabulous time in the Florida sun! We paid to have the pool heated and it was like heaven relaxing in the backyard by the pool - it felt like we were at a resort. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the host for everything they did to ensure that we had the best vacation. I will recommend this house to everyone and hope to rent here again in the future. Everything is absolutely 5 stars!!

We had an issue with the pool and the fridge which was taken care of immediately! It’s almost worth having an issue so that you can meet Sean from Ireland!! He was beyond helpful and very prompt. The owner actually had a new fridge delivered for us within 24 hours. We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations.

Nice vacation home

Enjoyed staying at this property. Home is bigger than the pics make it look. Really nice neighborhood. Close to lots of stores, restaurants, movie theater and sites in Orlando. Wi-Fi worked well. Has most everything you need. There were only 3 of us so we had plenty of towels. If you have more people than that you may want to bring extra wash cloths. The beach towels were nice. Pool/outdoor area was great! We spent the majority of our time there. Communication with owner was great!! Responded immediately whenever I reached out. I would definitely come back and stay here again if we were in the area.

Pleasant stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet community and the pictures of this home did it no justice. The beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen wear, towels, and close to stores. The only issue was the pool heat wasn't as hot as I was hoping for but Florida did have a cold spell when we stayed so that might have contributed to the warmth of it. The homeowner was polite and checked in on us making sure the home met our expectations, in which it did plus some. We will definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

Great stay! The host was always more than friendly and available for any issues that we had. The house was in a good neighborhood with great location just right off of a main road so easy in an out. The house was set up nice and had everything that we needed. Great location and easy access to many restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing that we would recommend is updating the beds eventually as they’re a little bit noisy so when my children were moving around upstairs on them they could be heard downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!
