About this property

Waterfront 2/2, 6 people, pet friendly, fish-on, Homosassa, scallops, manatees!

This beautiful home is right on mason creek, leading to Homosassa river! Dock your boat(18 foot only) clean your fish and shuck your scallops right on the dock! Full kitchen, 2 bedroom both with en suite bathrooms, and a real Florida room! There is a washer and dryer, along with a covered area to park your car. The fish cleaning station is state of the art! Only two cars parked, one trailer parking allowed, (can accommodate more trailers maybe, please inquire) If there is a boat bigger than 18 foot tied up on my dock, there will be a $500.0 fee added. We do allow pets, up to two dogs, there is a $60.0 dog fee for EACH pet, thank you.

Scalloping trip

This was a great place for our scalloping trip! It was in a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Regine was very helpful and always quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it (:
