Located in a quiet neighborhood near Northstar and the lake, it provides direct access to hiking, biking, and skiing trails, from the back deck. Child-friendly amenities include kid's dishes and a gated deck. Both the home and hot tub are professionally cleaned and inspected, and all linens are laundered for your comfort.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 8 people max (no more than 8 adults, plus the children mentioned)
* 4 cars max - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing
* Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans. Do not leave any garbage outside - animals will get into it.
* Surveillance: there is a camera facing the driveway, for security. None inside. NoiseAware sensors may be installed inside and on deck to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible) to help remind guests who may be reaching local noise limits after the 10pm quiet period. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 15-20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
