Located on coveted and historic Broad Street, these residences are some of our most in demand properties. Currently, the Garden Cottage 1 br, 1 bath home, a Private Home, with private lawn & patio is Available now!

The Neighborhood:
Broad Street is the epitome of Classic Charleston. From the Famous Four Corners of Lawn, to Colonial Lake, Broad Street offers some of Charleston's most iconic locations. Not to mention, just south of Broad lies one of Charleston's most treasured neighborhoods. Take up residence at our Broad Street properties, and immediately become immersed in the magic of historic Charleston, a city of charming streets, unrivaled historic architecture, and wonder around every corner.

Other Things to Note:
Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**

*Severe Weather Policy*

Our severe weather and Extenuating Circumstances: Hurricane Policy is as follows:

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC specifically for the county in which your property is located for the dates of your stay, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect. In this case we WILL refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.

However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued. This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.

Additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of Charleston or SC (ie. other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.

***ATTENTION***
Hurricane season is during the months of June-November. During this time we HIGHLY recommend guests research and purchase travel insurance.
