Bed and Breakfast 2.5 miles from the New River Gorge National Park!

After enjoying everything the New River Gorge National Park has to offer, relax at our historic Victorian Bnb in our spacious 2 bedroom Loft deluxe suite. We are located in downtown Fayetteville, West Virginia, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

The Loft is perfect for families, two couples, or a getaway for a couple wanting a little extra space. The Loft has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen plus full bed in the second, private bedroom. After a long day on the river or trail, enjoy a soak in the tub with rainfall shower in the full ensuite bathroom. It is also the only suite with its own living room with a 32" Smart TV. Please note for guests taller than 6'2, the Loft has some sloping ceiling sections. This suite is on the third floor and features central heating and air conditioning.

On weekends starting in late July 2023, we are happy to announce Rosa's Speakeasy will be open on the weekends, featuring craft cocktails and local charcuterie boards. Reservations encouraged directly or through Open table.
