The space
This is the perfect spot for your next COTA race/ concert or festival. Also, a short drive (10-15 min) to East Austin’s best restaurants and bars. 5-8 minute drive to airport. Enjoy this fully renovated large home. Nest thermostat and a smart lock for convenience . A large hot tub awaits you to help your group relax and enjoy the well-appointed back yard. We are experienced hosts with multiple properties on Short term. You can expect professional cleaners, landscapers and friendly service from your host!

There are three bedrooms upstairs, all equipped with Roku TVs. Large primary bedroom boast a private bathroom.
Two living rooms : one upstairs and the second one downstairs along with the large TVs and sound bar for movie night, dining room and equipes kitchen.
