Well-decorated, light and airy apartment, a single balcony over the entire external extension, 4 suites with air conditioning and large closets with sliding doors, master suite with a 1.80-wide box bed, with dressing room and hydro massage bath, rooms with blackout curtain and doors to the balcony, two facing the sea, two with side views, large living room with a six-seat sofa, 2 individual armchairs, 3 ottomans for feet support, games table with 4 chairs, toilet, space gourmet with barbecue (in the apartment), pantry, full kitchen and laundry, maid. Cable TV - SKY, 2 TV sets (master suite and living room), stereo, DVD, building with complete leisure: 2 pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, games room, with geek, pool table and ping pong, barbecue , 24 hour doorman. Two elevators. Only 10 people will be allowed, renting exclusively to families.

Excelente imóvel. Amplo, bem decorado e muito bem cuidado. Excelente cozinha e vista para o mar maravilhosa . Área tranquila para quem não quer ficar próximo ao agito do "centrinho". Supermercado a cerca de 15 minutos caminhando. Excelente serviço da Bruna, super indico para aqueles que querem ter mais comodidade durante a estadia. Conhece tudo do apartamento e resolve os problemas, muito solista.

Foi o melhor lugar que já fiquei. Tudo limpo e organizado. A Yara sempre se propondo a ajudar no for preciso. Os móveis e utensílios tudo novo. Lugar maravilhoso. O Léo um rapaz de confiança é um ótimo churrasqueiro. A Bruna, esposa dele, cozinha muito bem. Super atenciosa. Foi a melhor férias que já passei. Carnaval 2017 me espera nesse mesmo lugar. Ficamos hospedados no carnaval de 2013. O apartamento é maravilhoso!!!! Um bom gosto, limpeza. Sem falar da simpatia da proprietária Yara. Que foi de uma gentileza muito grande. Quero voltar a me hospedar muitas e muitas vezes. Pois foi o melhor carnaval que passei em Cabo Frio com o conforto do apartamento e bem próximo a praia, a feirinha e quem gosta de sair nos blocos fica muito perto e quem gosta de sossego, também.
