Full kitchen (refrigerator, vertical freezer, 6 burner stove, microwave, sandwich maker, air frier, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, etc.) Service area with sink and washing machine, 2 poles, + a maid suite with a cot. Loose cushions. The fit has heating boiler in the bathrooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. and climate control environments. Apt airy and super comfortable. Maximum 08 people. The building has a games room with ping pong and pool table, 2 covered parking spaces and beach service.
