This Beautiful 1 bedroom River Condo is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Nestled under old oaks is a little taste of paradise located right off the Withlacoochee River and only a mile away from the Rainbow River by boat.
You get two rivers for the price of one. Whether you're here to fish or kayak the Withlacoochee River or swim in the crystal clear water of the Rainbow River, this place has it all.
The condo is within walking distance of quaint little antique shops and restaurants.
Perfect place for romance or a relaxing vacation. Close to golfing, biking, and nature trails. Only 20 miles to the World Equestrian Center. The City Boat Launch is right next door and also offers Singing Boat Tours (Call 352-804-1573).
The condo is 430 square feet with a private screen room. One bedroom and one full bath. The full kitchen is completely stocked with coffee, dishes, pots, pans, and spices.
The bathroom has towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Blow dryer, paper products, first aid items, and more.
There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size bed in the sofa couch.
A laundry room is available on the premises. Bring quarters. Laundry detergent is provided.
Bring your boat or kayak. There is free designated boat parking.
