I love this place! Its elegant simplicity with everything one needs and literally steps from private beach access. Come to the ocean and bask in the sun on endless sandy beaches. Enjoy our stunning studio condominium, located within the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club at the Beach Club Villas.
Spacious, fully stocked and furnished unit with a standard size washer and dryer and a back patio. Our unit has a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa. Whatever the occasion, we're confident that you'll love this place too.

Our place is located 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville and 20 miles from historic St Augustine. Sawgrass is host to the Tournament Players Championship. The World Golf Village and World Golf Hall of Fame is just 10 Miles away. Jacksonville is home to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jacksonville Zoo, and a number of museums.

A great place!

A Great Repeat Visit

Great vacation rental.

Very clean and well appointed. From beach chairs and beach towels to aluminum foil and spices. Easy beach access and close to everything. We will look for this property first when back in town.

Such Attention To Detail

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owner(s) have really thought through all the small details with this unit. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, bedding, etc. The layout and was perfect for what we needed! I would stay here again if I were in the area! So glad the unit had cable and good WiFi!

Everything you need including the beach!

This is literally across the street from the beach walk overl. As others have mentioned the condo was extremely clean. It has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to stay in and the WiFi is fast if you need to log in and do any work while you’re here. Not a large space but very comfortable. Parking is right outside the door and very easy.

Quiet get-a-way

The unit is about a mile from the closest shops/restaurants. It is a well furnished studio on the first floor with access to a semi-private backyard. Beach is a short walk away but there is no access to Sawgrass facilities e.g., exercise room or pool. We had a problem with the dishwasher which was repaired the next day. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet/relaxing visit to Ponte Vedre.

The Best Place to Stay in Ponte Vedra

This was my fourth stay at this property; no need to look anywhere else! It has it all: location, layout, access, great decor, very cozy and comfortable plus a great host. Highly recommended!

Great stay in PVB

This unit was perfect for our small family of 3. Enough space, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, and outdoor space. Easy access to beach. it does have access to a pool, but it is a 5 minute drive away, so just a heads up on that. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely beach condo

The condo was everything the website said and more. The location, parking, furnishings, and hospitality of the host was above measure. Laurie was so attentive and kind. We walked in the unit and there was peaceful beach music on the television which set the mood for the weekend. She provided so many extra amenities that were not in the listing. We will certainly be back and plan to make this our place in PVB.
