The apartment is located two minutes walk from all municipal institutions such as the Ministry of the Interior, Immigration Office, Post Office and Banks. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are the main attractions of Haifa: the German Colony, the Bahai Gardens, Paris Square, the flea market, the port of Haifa; culinary excursions to delicious places in Haifa (winery, market, restaurants and bars). There is a metro across the road, which takes you to the upper part of the city - Mount Carmel in a few minutes. Within walking distance there are bus stops, from where it is convenient to get anywhere in Haifa; even on Saturdays there is a bus to the beach.
