Enchanted Florida Cottage with Hot Tub and Movie Projector!
About this space
The Valencia Cottage. Our restored + spacious home off A1A is only 3 minutes to the beach, a short walk to the intracoastal, and located on a quiet street with a large front yard. Enjoy the hot tub, stylish finishes, and sun-lit spaces. Have a coffee on the patio and enjoy all the amenities, like a movie projector and more! Located in the Hammock area of Palm Coast, and only a few minutes to Flagler Beach or a short drive to St. Augustine. Perfect for families and friends alike!
We renovated this home and couldn't let it go. It's now our family's vacation home and we LOVE to share it with you. We have provided some kid-friendly items. (Highchair, baby gate, pack n' play, movie projector, etc).
You'll also have access to the garage laundry room, beach chairs & towels, and cornhole!
Guest access
This main house is private and has a huge dedicated front yard for you to use! There is a small second in the backyard, but you will not see those guests (unless you choose to use the shared laundry garage connected to the house).

We're Chelsie + Ryan (and Amelia, Indy and Louie!) We're family travelers that start businesses and love exploring the world. Chelsie is an official nerd at heart who yard sales on the weekend and could live off breakfast food. Ryan didn't see Lord of the Rings until he was 23 (weird, I know) and keeps hoping lumberjack beards will come back in style.
