• We're a family of 5, three kids, 10 and under! We travel often and always use Vrbo or Itrip! Everything about our experience with this townhome was great from the management going out of their way to accommodate us, to the beautiful house, private pool, excellent location to the clubhouse etc. The townhouse is clean, has all the needed items to be comfortable for a week or more! The pool is the perfect size for the kids to play in and not stress mom (from the pictures I was worried it was a too small, NOT AT ALL) Management was responsive, during booking, while we were there and after! Great place to stay! Close to it all!
We loved this property and the home. Nice and open, clean, comfortable for our 4 adult, 1 child trip. Quick trip to Disney properties and close to amenities, grocery stores and we had to take a trip to urgent care and it was close by as well! Only issue we had is the pool didn’t feel heated so the water was very chilly to get into!

Awesome spot that’s conveniently located to Disney. A little longer drive for universal but still easy. Great eating places and stores close by. Quiet neighborhood. Heat on pool could be a little warmer but pool is a nice addition

First Disney Family trip, Great place
My family and I had never been to Disney together before. Two of us never been and two had been over 20 years ago. It was great and this place helped to make that happen. We booked later than we wanted to but was still able to find this affordable accommodation. Clean house with lots of room and we will be back to Orlando again . We plan to stay in a condo and will stay here .

The furniture is uncomfortable and there are not enough places for a family of 6 to watch TVI also did not appreciate the lack of TV options. Only option was Fox News, which I have no interest in. The TVs were hard to navigate. Lastly, the leave wine take wine option. Wines were cheap and on bottle was left half full.. Our stay was fine, but could have been better

Outstanding Place to Stay When Visiting Orlando
This property was incredibly clean and conveniently located near Disney (probably about 20-25 minutes away). The resort pool and bar were a plus; the kids especially enjoyed the splash pad. There were more than enough rooms for the kids, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Disney.

Clean and close to Disney
We stayed here a few weeks ago and the place was very clean and roomy. 3 full bathrooms made it easy to get ready for the parks each morning. Private screened in pool is nice but smaller than we thought it would be. This unit was also very close to the clubhouse which had a beautiful pool and tiki bar. Only downside to this stay was no gas grill unless you chose to rent one $20 per day 5 day minimum.

Nice house and community. Read the welcome email, will save you some headaches. The customer support was very responsive to add family into the system (that were only 8 minutes away!) so they were able to get on property without a hitch. Highly recommend.

Quiet, spacious home
Very nice 4 bedroom home in a quiet gated neighborhood. Resort amenities were great. Home was very spacious and perfect for us to have space to get away when needed. This was our base for our 8 day stay. We spent 3 days at Disney parks and 2 days at Universal. It was a little bit of a drive to Universal with traffic but not too bad. It would have been nice to have a few more trash bags and rolls of toilet paper provided but was glad that we had been warned we were only getting 1 of each.

Perfect for Disney & Universal
We enjoyed this place! It was So nice having a private heated pool that the kids could swim as late as they wanted, and it was nice having the resort pool to swim with others, if wanted. I read previous reviews about drain issues in master bathroom, they must have worked it out. We had no issues. Def bring toilet paper- they didn’t provide even an entire roll more like 1/3 of a roll per bathroom. They did have salt and pepper shakers. You don’t need to bring that. Distance from Disney and Universal was fine. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was great. House was great. Pillows need to be replaced, no dish towels, no cleaning supplies to keep cleanliness during our stay. Garbage in waste bench outside when we arrived. Can opener needs replacing.

My family and I had a great stay. Location was perfect. The only issue we had was the hair in the tub and the slow draining in the master bedroom upstairs which we read about prior to booking. However, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Florida family vacation-2023
I have stayed in this complex for the past five-years, at different but similar rentals as an annual family vacation. I had a minor glitch, with the main bedroom bathtub backing up while showering. Maintence responded the following day unclogged it, but the following day the same issue happened. I notified management via email, said they would send someone out but for my weekly stay the main bedroom shower was out of service( never corrected) and no one came back out.

The property was as advertised. It was very spacious and clean. It was like Fort Knox trying to get through the security gate. One side was broken, so we often had to wait in a line of cars checking in. It was far from Universal parks, often taking nearly an hour each way.

Great Condo!
Fairly close to Disney about 20-25 minute drive with traffics. 60 minute drive to universal with traffic. Very clean, plenty of space. Loved having a private pool. It could use some black out curtains in the bedrooms and a new mattress in the master upstairs. Otherwise great place to stay. Very quiet.

Great town home
The town home was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space. The resort that it was on was very kid friendly. House is close to playground and pool. Would definitely recommend staying here. You are only about twenty minutes from Disney world.

Great Vacation
We wanted to thaw out of the Buffalo cold. The property was exactly as advertised with plenty of space for the family. We opted for the pool heat. It was always warm enough to walk right in and I am not a cold water person. The pool size is small but adequate. The resort also has a community pool with two hot tubs. The water at the resort was real warm too. Staff was very accommodating and eager to help. If I had any criticism it would be that I wish there were more towels and/or beach towels and that a grill was included. That said I would stay here over and over again.
