Já estivemos no imóvel uma vez e voltamos pois a casa é excelente. A sua caseira, Elisângela é uma pessoa maravilhosa, prestativa e faz tudo com muito carinho. A facilidade no processo de locação direto com a Cida, proprietária, é fundamental. Enfim, foi tudo ótimo, do começo ao fim.

Fomos em 12 pessoas, a casa tem 4 suítes excelentes, muito arejada, espaço geral é muito bom. Toda Climatizada, piscina aquecida, som ambiente, tudo pensado par agradar quem se instalar na casa! com certeza iremos novamente!

Minha Família amou!!!!

Passamos o feriado da Páscoa em família na casa. A Cida nos recebeu com toda atenção dando nos todas as orientações necessárias. No dia chuva tivemos momentos de descanso e aconchego na casa. A casa é extremamente confortável, tinha tudo que precisamos . Todos amaram. A Elis (diarista) foi uma excelente auxiliadora ! Ela é muito rápida, e nos ajudou demais. Se a ajuda dela nos quatro dias nem sei como seria. Foi muito útil a contratação dela. Casa ampla, arejada, nova, bem cuidada!!

A Casa é fantástica!

Fomos em 04 casais com 04 crianças. O espaço é perfeito. Amplo, clean, tudo novo e funcionando. As crianças se divertiram demais! A distância de 1,9km da praia é facilmente esquecida em razão do conforto que se tem na casa, sem contar com o excelente atendimento da Elisangela que nos fez sentir estar em Resort 06 estrelas! Voltaremos!

A casa é ótima, muito confortável, os colchões são bons e as duchas excelentes. A cozinha é super equipada, tinha tudo que precisamos. A climatização da casa faz toda a diferença. Só achamos a escada perigosa. A proprietária Cida é muito solícita e atenciosa, e a funcionária Elis é excelente, ajudou demais! Pretendemos voltar e recomendar!

Muito agradável e equipada!

A casa é como nas fotos e foi muito agradável nossa estadia. Dona Cida e seu esposo foram muito atenciosos e deram informações úteis sobre a casa e os equipamentos. A Elis foi uma querida conosco e com as criancas, sempre atenciosa, diligente, excelente pessoa. Passamos dias de praia, piscina e descanso muito bons na casa. A casa só fica melhor!

Essa é a segunda vez que aluguei essa casa. Os proprietários são realmente muito cuidadosos... apesar de não ser mais nova, parece que foi construída ontem. Além disso, sempre há uma novidade... dessa vez vimos que a casa tem uma geladeira para cervejas que vai a -6 graus. Também adicionaram um sistema de som para a piscina (que agora tem aquecimento), varanda e cozinha, além do home theater que já existia. É muito bom contar com casas desse padrão... outros proprietários deveriam se espelhar nesses... ah, uma coisa que não mencionei da última vez e não mudou, o banho... é melhor que da minha casa, ótimas duchas. Obrigado pelo carinho na recepção.

A estadia foi completamente perfeita e maravilhosa. Desde o momento da recepção até a despedida. A proprietária atenciosa e sempre a disposição para qualquer dúvida. A casa é completa, ambientes com mobiliários novos e impecáveis, todos com ar condicionado. Cozinha completa com todos os utensílios sempre a disposição. A área de lazer é um charme a parte, com piscina e sauna limpa todos os dias, e uma vista da mata maravilhosa com os cantos dos pássaros e a visita de animais para aproveitar das frutas colocadas no muro. Recomendo a todos que queiram aproveitar o que há de melhor em conforto e tranquilidade. Voltaremos com certeza. Um abraço a Cida e a sua família e colaboradores.

Maravilhosa!!!

Quem procura tranquilidade, conforto e requinte este é o imóvel. A proprietária muito atenciosa e sempre muito solicita com tudo, para que nos tivéssemos dias maravilhosos em Riviera, tudo na casa funciona perfeitamente, como descrito no anuncio. A secretária foi primordial para o sossego alem de manter tudo limpo e organizado ainda ajuda na cozinha. Por este motivo recomendo a todos que pretende passar uns dias neste paraíso que é Riviera que alugue este imóvel.
