The unit has a large open floor plan which is bright, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
It contains all the essential amenities to make you feel right at home. It contains a large living room with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV on the wall streaming capabilities. There is also a dedicated workspace if needed.
There is a spacious dining room with a table that seats 6, and a wine bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, Pots and Pans, dishes, and silverware. It also contains a fully stocked coffee bar.
The bathroom contains a large soaker tub and is fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms which both have a queen-size bed and plenty of storage to make you comfortable. Fresh linens are provided for both rooms.
There is a large front porch if you want to sit outside and get some fresh air, and a second entrance from the backyard.
There is a brand-new Washer and Dryer located in the basement, which is shared with the other unit, also a short-term rental.
The entrances have keyless smart locks, so there will be no keys to carry around. The codes are changed after each guest for added security.
There is ample parking in the driveway, so parking will never be an issue.
