Large house. Perfect for reunions and, of course Game Day! 20 Minutes to UF!

Enjoy this spacious home in the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood of Haile that's less than 20 minutes to UF! There are four bedrooms plus a pullout couch in the bonus room to sleep ten people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The house is just a two-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to Haile Village with restaurants and shops or just a short drive to UF for parent weekends, or student tours, and graduations...and, of course Gator games! This is a perfect place for a reunion!

We also have Wifi for taking care of business while you are away.

In addition to the bonus room with a couch, TV, and game tables, there is an elegant living room, dining room, kitchen dining area, bar that seats five comfortably, and an outdoor patio with a dining table and seating area. A poker table, ping-pong table and dart board add fun for the whole family!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. There are lovely walking trails all around Haile, and a park just up the street.

Lovely Home, Great Location & Perfect for Families

The house is lovely with lots of space to be together to chat and play games as well as have places to relax on your own. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Loved it!

College Buddies Reunion

A perfect house for our annual football game reunion. 8 of us fit easily in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare big meals. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay. My friends and I went for a football weekend. It was the perfect game day home. Home was clean and incredibly comfortable. Large kitchen and living room area. Would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs way up!!

What a wonderful house. It was perfect for our needs with bathrooms for every bedroom. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We are so glad it was dog friendly, and our dog enjoyed the walks in the neighborhood and the park just down the street. Would have loved to Keurig. Would love to stay there again.

Exceptionally well furnished, spacious

We had a large group of adults visiting for Easter weekend. We were very impressed with the number of couches and seating available, which is often missing from rentals in our experience. Lots of books and games provided, made it very easy to hang out. Would consider this location again, especially for a relaxing trip where we stay inside mostly.

This property in Haille was exactly what my family needed to be close to my dad who lives in Haille and attend a nephew's 50th birthday party. The home was super clean, well-stocked and very accommodating. We would stay here again and encourage you to bring your family to this beautiful home.

Awesome, clean property

Highly recommend! We were pleasantly surprised with this house, the pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious and fun for a family stay, with tons of games, books, and clean towels and beds. My family and I stayed here for my daughter’s graduation, but if I ever stayed in Gainesville again, I would choose to stay here. Thanks for having us.

We had a great time!

Absolutely wonderful stay for my family and me during the University of Florida graduation weekend! The house was immaculately clean, modern, and well-equipped. Laura, our attentive hostess, made our experience even more delightful. Despite being a 20-minute drive from the university, the convenient location was no issue for us. Highly recommend this fantastic place!

Haile is one of the most charming and peaceful neighborhoods in Gainesville. Our house is just a few minutes away from Haile Village with restaurants and coffee shops and a delightful gift shop. Farmers Market is every Sunday!

What makes this property unique

Our house is large and beautifully-furnished with art and books so that the entire family will feel comfortably at home. We also have a ping-pong table and dart board so there is fun for the whole family.
