Family Reunion

The property accommodations were superb: clean and properly stocked with basic supplies and amenities. We enjoyed seeing all kinds of wild life. Location is close to Goldwater Lake, biking/hiking trails, and downtown Prescott. We give it two thumbs up and would recommended to family and friends.

Relax & Connect with Your Family & Friends

We maximized the potential of the Groom Creek Lodge for our daughter's graduation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and hosted all of our family coming in from various parts of the country. We had a group of 12 sharing the home for the weekend. It was very comfortable and spacious. Everyone had space to call their own and retreat to when they didn't want to be part of the celebration festivities. What was incredible was just how quiet each of the bedrooms were with the door closed. Those who wanted to stay up late or get up early could do so without bothering the folks still in bed. True to the pictures, the Lodge is appointed well with nice furniture and very clean. It is nestled in the pine forest and while it is part of a neighborhood and there are other homes near, it still felt secluded and like an escape to the mountains. It was the perfect place to enjoy afternoon BBQing and to get together with family and friends for the weekend of celebrating our daughter's wonderful milestone of college graduation. Even though cell service was non-existent, there was good WiFi at the Lodge and we were able to keep in contact as needed using WiFi calling. It also meant that we were connecting as family and friends versus staring into devices. Finally, the house manager was so kind and accessible. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond and very kind. We absolutely LOVED our time at the Lodge and would HIGHLY recommend the property to anyone looking to stay.
