The patio connects to a large grass-landscaped park-like setting with a short walk to an inviting pool. One of the cool attributes of this upgraded and beautifully appointed home is that each room, including the patio and the playroom, has a TV. Comfortable and entertaining, this place has what you are looking for to enjoy your time in the desert.

Each of the three bedrooms has a connected bathroom and a TV, and one room has an outside private entrance. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other two bedrooms both have Queen Beds.
The living room has a top-end video and surround-sound system, including a DVR to record your favorite shows. Wi-Fi, of course!
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for great meals and entertainment.

Or, if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. There are two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds, where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.
