The Space:
THE SKINNY: This absolutely gorgeous newly renovated 3/2 home is situated in the residential area of West St. Augustine, off of West King Street. Just minutes drive to all of the conveniences you will need for your stay, plus historic attractions, restaurants, bars and shopping. The property is a short distance to downtown St. Augustine, the Fountain of Youth, The Great Cross and Vilano Beach. A little further takes you to Anastasia Island which has The Amp (concert venue), The Lighthouse and St. Augustine Beach, plus much much more! With all of this to enjoy, you will have no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape our Florida lifestyle. The bright and open floor plan creates a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy a smart TV for nights in. The stunning kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to cook with ease, boasting every appliance including a countertop Kitchenaid Mixer. Relax inside or outside, grill out on the propane grill, take a stroll in the neighborhood or a short drive into historic downtown St. Augustine for a day of active fun. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!
THE PROXIMITY: Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment! To name a few: Old Town Pizza and Tavern, The West Egg, Buena Onda Cafe (across the street), The Local Refillery (right downstairs), Bog Brewery, Serenity Yoga, Paper Route Clothing Store, antiques and furniture stores, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 35 minutes north to the best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! San Marco Ave and US1 are our main commercial corridors for this home, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is about 8 minutes from Publix grocery store.
THE SPACE: This home sleeps 6 in 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed. The kitchen is equipped to cook together for a great night in! The TV is a Smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The bathrooms are each equipped with a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a large soaking tub for your enjoyment. The house even has a stackable washer/dryer as well as iron, ironing board, laundry basket and large closets with storage systems. Linens and towels are provided.

PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway. Please do not park on the street.
LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a short drive is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated 15 minutes to Vilano Beach where you can park your car at any of the beach parking lots and walk on. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to drive on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but during your stay, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!
Getting Around:
We recommend bringing or renting a car or renting bikes from Drifters, a local bike delivery company!

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
SEPTIC/PLUMBING: This is the nation's oldest city. The plumbing is very delicate. ONLY flush toilet paper, nothing else whatsoever. No tampons or wipes - not even the ones labeled "Flushable". These things clog pipes and septic pumps and can result in sewage backup into the house. Do not put food, grease or anything similar down the kitchen sink drain. These items will cause blockages in pipes. You will be responsible for any blockages that occur during your stay.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
