The house has been renovated to new, with 4 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds, offering enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. In addition, it has 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

But best of all is the large terrace with a private mini pool, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm weather of Buenos Aires. It also has a patio with a barbecue and a built-in laundry room for greater comfort.

In addition, we have air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed internet connection. Access security cameras are also included for your peace of mind.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
