Great visit!

This condo was perfect! The area is still being cleaned up after the hurricanes, so some places aren't open and there is still some debris piles around. But, the community is obviously hard at work to get everything going again. The condo was beautiful and an easy walk to beach/shops.

Awesome location and property!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is well kept and maintained. Everything that a family would need for a vacation, was provided. Just walkable distance to the beaches and some of the high end restaurants, cafes and shops.

Family Time

The property was very nice. The Condo is in a great location. You can walk every where when it is not too hot. The unit itself provided tons of beach stuff. The only draw back is the pool area is very small, and there really is no other common area. It was fine for us, as we went during the off season. I was extremely dissappointed that clearwater ruined the beach. The Blue Cabanas took up the entire beach daily. If you sat behind them , you could not see the water or your kids. I am shocked that Clearwater has allowed this. It poses several safety issues, and the beauty of the beach is completely lost. The unit itself is extremely nice. We are hopeful to head back.

**Caution**

Let me start out by saying I am someone that never takes time to leave a review unless it truly merits it. This property was in a good location, however, it is definitely not free issues. The king size bed mattress was worn so bad that it was like you were laying in valleys on either side of the bed, making it hard to even get out of the bed in the morning. We notified the owner and they sent someone to inspect it. The inspector agreed with our assessment that the mattress is badly worn. Then, the owner said they wanted to see it, but wouldn’t be coming into town until after our trip.The only thing I could do is spin the mattress and deal with it… Parts of the ceiling in the master bedroom was also falling down from water damage. The rug in the master bedroom was also badly stained from water damage, and there was clumps of hair in the shower from the previous tenants.. this is all stuff that I wouldn’t even mention and didn’t while we were there however, Giving the fact that nothing was done with the mattress and the fact that we had no power last evening we were there enough to share our experience to caution others… I’m not just another person that gets online and complains via reviews. I am a person that never lays reviews unless it’s truly bad enough to… And this is the case with this property. Expect the property manager to come on after this review is posted and say something trying to rebuttal and cover their selves, but this is the truth.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week with our kids and their friends. The condo was better than we imagined. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together, hang out inside, play games at night outside, and just relax! And when you needed a little space, you had that too! Location was amazing, we walked to all the restaurants and beach. Only used the car to get to and from the airport. We are already planning our next trip!

Perfect family vacation

Property was clean and exactly as listed! Location was perfect and easy to walk everywhere. Tons of space and everything you needed for the beach was provided! Comfortable bedding and couches and an incredible view from the balcony. Our family will definitely be back again!

4th of July Vacation

This property was very large and had plenty of room. It was just a short walk to the beach. Having the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were great! Views of the bay were great and we enjoyed the fireworks on the 4th from our balcony.

Nice condo for a vacation in Clearwater Beach

A well spec’d condo in Clearwater Beach with fantastic views from the balcony & only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Excellent communications from the manger and no problems with check-in or throughout our 7 night stay. We could easily have stayed longer and would recommend it.

Dolphin bliss

This unit was immaculate when we got there. We were impressed by the dolphin viewing almost everyday out the balcony. When we got there an elevator was broken and a line of people so took a long time to unload and carry stuffup stairs. We had a fire alarm beeping on a holiday weekend but had a short turn around time and it was fixed within an hour. The pool is small and it is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, 20 minute walk from all of the action. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay

Exceeded our expectations. The place has so much space, everything you need for beach day, and I came home looking for the same mattress in the master room that’s how great I slept. We saw dolphins everyday on the balcony morning and night. The location is perfect just a few blocks from the beach. Taco bus was a hit next door for us. We would recommend and stay again in the future.

The property provided easy access to our spring training baseball games. We enjoyed the area and there was easy access to the beach. There were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and there was plenty of night life within walking distance.

Great location

Our stay was nice. We found the condo to be lacking in a lot of everyday items like coffee mugs , wine glasses, sheets and extra pillows for the pullout and ICE- Most items we needed were dropped off in a timely fashion. The ice maker was broken for the entire week with no response from management on when this would be fixed. The condo has no carts available for luggage or groceries.

Beautiful Condo with a view!

Condo location was ideal!…in close proximity to the beach and many restaurants! The view was spectacular! The condo is spacious and well decorated! After leaving something behind, after checkout, the communication between property management and the current occupants, which happened to be the owner’s daughter was outstanding! They helped facilitate in getting our belongings back to us. We would highly recommend this condo unit!!

Beautiful view! Great location!

We had a great time with our daughter and son in law and our 2 year old granddaughter. It was a perfect set up and we loved the balcony!! We even saw the dolphins on our last day there! The condo was beautifully decorated and had anything you would need. Beach was very close and we appreciated the chairs! We could walk to great restaurants on the beach that were just across the street.

Holiday getaway

The condo was the perfect location for our two week holiday in early December. We were close to the shops and restaurants and had a frontbrow seat for the Clearwater Beach Holiday Boat Parade. It was clean, comfortable and accommodated all our needs.

Best Clearwater Condo!

We an amazing time at this condo! It was bay side with views of manatees and dolphins every day. Walking distance to everything and the beach was literally a 5-minute walk if that to public beach access. Hoping to do this every year as a traditional for my daughter's fall break!

Hurricane idallia

This property rental is an awesome place to stay. The property manager was ALWAYS there to answer questions and was always so pleasant! The rental was clean. Had extras blankets and such. I loved the fact it had a washer and dryer. Everything that went home was all nice and clean! Building is secure and sturdy! Hence the title. Thank you for letting us stay. I will most definitely recommend to anyone that wants to travel to clearwater!
