Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Comfortable, 1920 house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Just minutes to downtown Geneva, Seneca Lake (visitor center) and within walking distance to Hobart & William Smith college.
Excellent location for a wine tour around Seneca Lake.
Our house is next to a park, with a playground and basketball court.
Fenced backyard with a grill and outdoor patio.

Home away from home

We were a group of 6 wanting to visit the wineries for the weekend and the property was perfect for us! It was literally our home away from home. It was impeccably clean, furnished perfectly and just an overall VERY lovely home. We absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great location and close to wineries

The home was recently updated. The fenced in backyard was wonderful and the location was perfect. It very close to town and wineries. We visited during a heat wave. The first floor is air conditioned, as is one of the bedrooms Unfortunately the other two bedrooms do not have air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The home would have been perfect is fully air conditioned.
