Gorgeous Views

Property was exactly as advertise. Would have like to have had screens in the windows to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf. Noticed other people had screens. Was surprised about having to walk the broad walk in front of the condos to get to the beach access. The parking under the condo was very tight with the pylons making it hard to open both the front and rear doors at the same time.

Great trip to St George Island

This was our first trip and won't be our last. We loved how uncommercialized it was. Our condo was on the beach with easy access and great views. The condo was clean and updated! The beds were super comfortable. The beach was as never crowded and while not quiet as pretty as Destin - I would choose it because we of the relaxed layout back vibe!

Lovely home and beach front!

When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a beach front home. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home. You can tell a wonderful family takes care of this home. We can’t wait to return! Just steps away from the beach. So relaxing.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was perfect for a week long getaway with my family and then girlfriends. The house was generally clean and had everything we needed. It's right on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and away from the crowds but still close enough to the island center. I would definitely stay here again!

We were able to take our 2 boxers to the beach for the first time and they loved it!!!! The condo was so beautiful, equipped with everything you need, and it was spotless! The property had plenty of areas to walk the dogs with several waste stations readily available to clean up after your dogs! We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening with our dogs. The sunrise and sunset walks on the beach with them were amazing! The beach was so beautiful and clean! Owners were great and always available!!!! We will definitely be back to H-2, and I’ve shared information about H-2 to several friends, who plan on booking.

Good Location for Older Property

The only complaint was that the hvac system needs to be replaced. It could not keep up with the hot days. The rental company was great and sent someone out to check on it, but there was nothing they could do based on the age of the unit. I definitely appreciated their willingness to send people out to check. It was nice to have beach access directly from the balcony- probably my favorite feature with a 4 year old with lots of accessories. Overall, I would stay again and I would recommend.

The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and have everything we needed for our stay. Gulf Coast Vacation Properties was a dream to deal with as a management company. We took advantage of the vacation rental credit that was offered and enjoyed the beach, cart, umbrella, and two bikes. We love staying in the east end by the park. It is very quiet yet close enough to town to access any stores we need. We enjoyed dinner at Blue Parrot and Paddy's. The drive to Apalach was gorgeous and we enjoyed dinner at Half Shell Dockside. The Family Seafood Restaurant on the way into town after the infamous right turn was outstanding. I am already looking for dates to book our next trip. Sunrises are magical and sunsets over the bay were dreamy. St. George Island is quite possibly heaven. Beachaven is quite possibly the greatest place to stay on the Island.

The unit was clean and updated. We received some really nice things upon arrival, freshly ground coffee, scones, bread, such a nice, sweet touch! The unit was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Plenty of items for a 5 day stay (trash bags, dishwashing detergent, paper towels). Best part is the unit is right on the beach, wonderful ocean views and steps away from having your toes in the sand. Excellent! Highly recommend:)

D/W and fridge fine. King bed comfortable. A little constructive criticism: Animal hair on floors and a quilt (but washed it), spots on furniture, very tired sheets & bottom sheet does not fit bed (king) - slips all over, queen bed squeaks terribly, dirty baseboards, walls need painting, some blinds too short, curtains don't cover sliding door properly (needs one more panel). Stove eyes should be replaced. Weird closet door in master bath...very strange. No closet door in master bedroom. Very dirty window on landing. In general, the property needs attention - it could be very nice. Gulf Coast was helpful and polite. We would use them again, but they should discuss property condition with owners.

Perfect Location, Layout Great, Needs Some Cleaning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 300 Ocean Mile several times. This unit was perfectly located on the beach, easy to get to and from boardwalk. LOTS of Steps to enter and also within the condo. Surfaces were fairly clean, beds were comfortable. Shower Pressure good. Bathrooms were lovely. However, this unit does need a deep clean. The Living room couches were so stained we had to put sheets on them to feel comfortable sitting and laying on them. Also, most concerning was the vents in the bathrooms had black mildew or mold on and around them. I don't remember ever seeing that in a unit we stayed in before. We did enjoy our time here with family, but unless deep cleaned and or Living Room furniture replaced we would not stay in this particular unit.

We like the quiet, east end of SGI; away from the businesses. Bikes and walked four miles to town.
