We offer the best location in the area just half a block away from the incredible entertainment, shops & restaurants of El Paseo. This comfortable, beautifully decorated two story Condo with many upgrades will be your escape that you have come to the Desert for. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

Great location

Pros- location (proximity to downtown and in the complex- steps to pool and laundry), very quiet complex, kitchen appliances, living/dining area, mattresses, linens & towels, plenty of parking.Cons- floors upstairs are very creaky, counter tops/vessel sinks in baths are too high, too many items on the tables & counters (clutter), main bath is small and feels cramped with the closet behind the door.In general, we enjoyed our time there.

Great location

This is a very comfortable condo and in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you would need. Only thing I would note is that laundry requires payment and is located in building across from the unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit, excellent mattress, master bath very nice, excellent pool and spa area. Close to El Paseo ( shopping, night life). Bedrooms upstairs, no parking adjacent to unit. Would recommend.

Perfect!!!

Very nice and clean excellent service when needed.Our coffee maker didn’t work very well so we called the office for a replacement and we had a new one in no time.Perfect location all in walking distance to El Paseo street.One block away from all the restaurants and stores.I recommend anyone if your looking for a place to stay in Palm Desert this is the place to stay!!!!

Location is prime

This property is prime for walking to everything. My husband worked comfortably in the kitchen and took pool breaks and walks to Starbucks. Relaxing at the pool or on the patio you can’t not enjoy this property.

Fabulous Location

We loved this unit, the location is perfect. The suite is nicely appointed and the kitchen well equipped. The rental agency was great to deal with, there was no propane in the tank but they were there within 12 hours to replace it. Beds were great and the complex quiet. Would definitely return to this complex.

Great Condo in Palm Desert

We stayed at Sandroc Condominiums for a girl's trip and loved it! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was perfect! We loved the proximity to the El Paseo shopping and dining district as well. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice, clean and spacious unit which is super close to El Paseo.

Excellent Gem in the City!

This condo was amazing! it was in the perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and grocery. The complex is very nice with lots of tress, quiet and great pool. Fully stocked with everything you need. As a BONUS the management team was great! We left Airpods and they located them immediately and offered to ship at no additional cost! We would stay here again- no question!

lovely stay with 2 small kids

Property was as in pictures. There was every pot, pan and other utensil you could possibly need. The place was clean and check in was easy to do. It was quiet. My only complaint was the mattresses were a bit high if you have kids-a box spring and 2 mattresses makes it a far fall to the ground if your kids fall out of bed! And the spare room fan, if on, was close enough to smack a kid in the head if it was on with a kid standing on the bed so we just put the cord up and out of the way and it wasn't an issue. Spare room had enough space for a playpen and large bed for our toddler (with pillows on either side to prevent rolling out of bed). The complex was nice and well kept, although pool bathrooms were a bit run down. Laundry is shared and steps from the condo. Condo was steps to the pool, which was gated and locked (important for those with little kids). Patio could also be locked so that was nice. Gate to get into pool was a bit difficult to open but another tenant had apparently reported this to mgmt company. Hot tub was nice and big and not too hot. Pool was heated but it was not warm enough to be in unless the sun was on it. Location was amazing-literally 1 block to El Paseo and shopping, coffee, restaurants. NO parks for kids within walking distance but that seems pretty par for the course for Palm Springs. A great stay with 2 small kids!
