Great spacious condo, quick walk to bars restaurants and beach

This place worked out perfectly for my family- lots of space and so easy to get to all the restaurants we wanted to go to, beach was right down the block as well. Can’t wait to stay here again.

A little piece of perfection!

We booked this last minute, we had no idea what to expect!!! No verbal communication with anyone, everything completed online so I was a little nervous BUT……. Everything and I mean everything was absolutely spot on perfect!!! The dolphins everyday were so playful! The neighborhood was outstanding and very welcoming!! Clean, Big and Close to everything you would need!!?

2 Week Stay

While the condo is dog friendly the beach unfortunately is not. The condo is nice, but if you're looking for sun on the balcony, it's not there, the balcony is in the shad and breezy. Lots of restraints in walking distance, but the beach is wall to wall people so depends on what you are looking for as to whether this place is for you or not.

Hot with sewage from above.

I wish to be contacted by someone in a position of authority. The central air conditioning unit was inoperable and obviously know because there were 2 portable units in 2 of the bedrooms. There was raw toilet sewage leaking into the master bathroom from the unit above and it was pre-existing since the ceiling was black with mold. This created a health hazard for my children and is completely unacceptable. Whereas the building itself was in a good location and seemed to be reasonably new, my only conclusion is the owner of the unit has neglected maintenance for some time. I believe a full refund is in order under the circumstances since the condition of the unit was known prior to it being rented to me. I hope no further action is required on my part.

Great Beach Getaway

Close to the beach and restaurants. Nice balcony overlooking water inlet where you can see dolphins. Old appliances.

Adequate

This is the third time we have stayed at Harbor View and the first time at this condo so we have a comparison to base our stay. The place needs a deep cleaning and freshened paint. The cracked tile in the kitchen by the trashcan should be replaced to avoid injuring a bare foot. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking in. We had to buy a hand mixer to make mashed potato’s and the coffee maker is missing a piece that lets the water flow into the decanter. We had to prop a utensil between the decanter and the filter housing each time we made coffee. Other reviewers highlighted the sparse accommodations in the living area. It is a small tv snd having three remotes to sift through was odd. The couch and love seat are cloth and have the smell of dog. The master bath toilet wobbles and the shower vent does not work. Those things being said, we went with the flow and made things work for the week (we did leave a night early because the room above us must have been flipping furniture all night on Thursday and well into the day on Friday). The management group was responsive on checkin. We did not contact them about any of the issues above as we cleaned things ourselves and made do. Oh.. there wasn’t a blanket in the master bedroom. Just the sheets and bedspread. We brought our own blankets in to sleep. While we would stay at Harbor View again, we would not stay in this condo unless some TLC was taken to improve it.

Very close to the beach, a very nice area of clearwater. Was some construction going on near us but noise was not a factor. Clean, spacious, and a good location. Check in was easy. Very good place.

Good stay close to everything

Unit was as advertised, roomy and bright. Place was mostly clean and well organized. Furniture really needs updating, couch not very comfortable, no recliners, no ottoman to kick up feet at night for a relaxing evening in. Dinning table and chairs have seen better days. Kitchen is not stocked with essentials, no spices, salt or pepper, be sure to bring your own or purchase in advance. Would love to have a larger TV in the main living area as well, undersized for the area for sure. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them. Views from the balcony were great as well. Enjoyed our stay overall.

Could be 5* with a good clean & update.

The property is in an amazing location, just a short walk from the beach, Pier 60 etc. The Condo itself was spacious, with amazing views, and a good sized balcony to enjoy the view. We were disappointed with the cleanliness, it was awful! The floors made all our feet black, to the point that we couldn’t be bare foot. The table top looked like it had been cleaned with the same dirty mop that has been used on the floor! The counter tops in the kitchen made my anti bac wipes black, when I wiped them down. This was very disappointing, when we had paid a cleaning charge!!!! Further to this, the coffee machine was filthy, my husband had to thoroughly clean it before we could use it. The ice machine on the fridge didn’t work, lots of the crockery had cracks and chips. The doors in the property were all dirty with black marks. The skirting boards look like they’ve not been wiped in a long time! There was only seating for 4 on the balcony, despite the fact that the condo can accommodate up to 8. In general the condo could do with some updating, and definitely a lick of paint, and some new cleaners!

Great Condo - very clean

Our condo was very clean and perfect for what we wanted. Unfortunately, the A/C was not working properly and we had to call 3x for maintenance. ITrip was WONDERFUL and had someone out there each time within 2 hours. They were so gracious and helpful and wanted to make our stay comfortable - I felt bad, it wasn't there fault the AC was going out of the unit we rented. I would HIGHLY recommend ITrip / VRBO because of the service.

Condo Close to beach

Condo was great and close to beach. Closet had a lot of beach supplies, umbrellas, beach cart, fishing poles. Only thing this place needs is an update on the washer/dryer, tv’s, and fridge. Dryer had a hard time drying clothes. TV need to be Netflix, and Disney+ available

Couples get away

Property was well appointed, very roomy(huge master suite) walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Balcony was awesome!! Highly recommend, we will hopefully be back next year.
