Miller's Vista Deluxe is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located just outside of Salida. This home offers stunning mountain views from a rooftop patio and easy access to the Salida Mountain trail system. The house is fully furnished with modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. Although the property offers a completely private experience for guests, the friendly owner occasionally resides in an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) behind the garage. The owner respects guests' privacy and keeps to himself, but is readily available should guests have any questions or need local recommendations. Guests can enquire as to whether the owner will be on the premises during their visit, as he tends to travel a lot. Offering a comfortable and private setting for relaxation or outdoor adventures, this vacation rental is the perfect base for a memorable Salida getaway!

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.
