"Beautiful, peaceful cabin in the woods fit with all the amenities you would need & more. We enjoyed the hot tub with views of the starry sky." - Sami
***Important*** Our cabin is located at 10,000 feet. 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are a must in winter and rough weather conditions, to access the property safely. (It can snow from September to May so please anticipate snow/ice melt on the property late fall to almost the start of summer) We cannot be held responsible for vehicles getting stuck or facing difficulties reaching the cabin. There are 4 switchbacks up the mountain. Take it easy on your first few drives and before you know it, you will be a total mountain pro. Thank you for your understanding!
*As of mid April 2025 there will no longer be a fire pit or propane grill due to a county wide ban on outdoor fires for short term rentals.

This is been a dream of mine for years that’s finally happening! I’m an original Texan that’s traded the plains for indescribable mountaintops! I have an administrative background but traded it in to become a mom of six kids that I currently homeschool. My schedule allows me to respond quickly to guests that get to enjoy our sweet Moose Landing when we’re not there. My favorite thing to do living in Colorado is getting into the mountains! There are endless activities and peace to enjoy in every season here in Colorado. 🏔️⛷️🥾🎿🍂
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood of the cabin is called "Saint Mary's". It is a small secluded mountain neighborhood. You can only see one of your neighbor’s houses and the others nearby are hidden by trees. The cabin is right off the road so there are neighbors visibly driving by on occasion. Behind the cabin is Silver Creek that you will be able to hear in the warmer months from the deck. I like to refer to the cabin as a small slice of Colorado glory.

What makes this property unique
The common theme that I hear from guests is the word “cozy”. The cabin is tucked away in the mountain and literally has everything that you would need for a night away from the city or a weeklong vacation in the mountains. Whether you’re celebrating a honeymoon, having a girls weekend, or getting away with your best friends or family, Moose Landing is sure to be a special place for you to make memories. The hot tub under the stars on a clear night cannot even be described! Pure magic! We have many animal guests wandering on the property, hence the name, Moose Landing. 🫎 🦌 🐻
