During the day, a beautiful private yard covered with flowers, roses, and a towering blue spruce! Views are fantastic, with Pikes Peak to the West, and Downtown Colorado Springs to the East! The condo houses three meticulously furnished bedrooms with private work from homes spaces. Also includes laundry, a gas fireplace, and kitchen.

Perfect cozy location

We stayed in April, and in 5 days, we got to experience snow and 70 weather.This was a perfect location for anything you want to see in Colorado Springs. It was very clean, cozy (loved the fireplace and hot tub), and we felt very safe in that neighborhood.The owner, Austin, was fantastic with communication and answered any questions we asked. Highly recommend staying!

Very comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood. Owner was responsive. Private patio, Comfy beds, nice gas fireplace, large hot tub with clear instructions, plenty of towels and linens, shampoo/conditioner/shower soap, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, etc.

Great location

Overall we had a great stay. The location of the property was so close to every activity you may want to do in Colorado Springs. Austin, the owner, was great with communication. He reached out after we arrived to see if we needed anything and very responsive to any requests we had. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. The property itself was nice. I would have prefered a few more items to be supplied in the kitchen for cooking as well as a few more large mixing type bowls and for more coffee pods/creamer to have been there as well but we made due with what was provided. I didn't realize that it was actually a finished basement and not a house but if I had looked closer at the photos I probably could have figured that out. It was private and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there.

Austin was kind and responsive to our questions. The place is great! The hot tub is so necessary after a day in the mountain-and this one delivered! A great spot! Be prepared that there is just 1 bathroom.

Perfect little get away spot.

We used this for employee housing for a week due to a large event. This spot was amazing! Hot tub was a great way to relax after multiple 12+hr days. Will definitely keep this place in my back pocket for next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was a girls trip for me & my daughter, my sister & daughter & our mom. The girls enjoyed the hot tub! The house is in a perfect location to all the places we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend.

The home was clean ad represented very well in VRBO listing. Very happy with location to markets and stores for stocking home of supplies. Would rebook home, if the need ever arises.

CO Springs get away

Nice place for family trip to see Garden of Gods and Pikes Peak, except that stop didn't work out for us due to snow! We enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. Glad to have comfy beds and a bedroom for each kid.

Wonderful!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Bear Creek lodge. The Location is ideal, in what appears to be a very safe neighborhood. The space was comfortable, and the hot tub was much enjoyed! We weren’t sure what to expect because the lodge is under the owners home, and we’ve always booked an entire home. But, it was completely separate, akin to living in an apartment with very quiet upstairs neighbors. I absolutely would book again if ever in the area. Highly recommend.

AMAZING WEEKEND GET AWAY!!

We hosted a few friends from out of state for a friendsgiving! The kitchen appliances were perfect for baking plenty of dishes as well as a turkey! The hot tub was lovely and so big! it fit 5 of us with tons more room. This was my first experience with VRBO and the host of this place was excellent.
