We had a relaxing and fun 3-day mini-vacation in New Hope. The house we rented was quaint, comfortable, and really conveniently close to all the restaurants, shops, and walking trails. We had a wonderful time!
Absolutely loved our time in New Hope - the location was perfect: a quiet little side street right off the main strip, with walking distance to everywhere in New Hope and Lambertville. The VRBO was the best setup we could have asked for and the communication was perfect - easy access to the building and everything went smoothly during our stay. We'll definitely be back!
My adult sons and I spent 2 nights at the Bank House. What a perfect location, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The place was very clean. Elliott was a wonderful host. He stopped by, as we were bringing our things in, to make sure we were settling in alright. He was a great communicator with details and responded promptly to texts. Bed and pull-out couch were comfy. Well-appointed rooms.
Perfect location. Couple minute walk to town. Great communication by host. Ample parking. Cute place - as noted in description if one had issue with steep stairs prob not the place. But I had no problem. Would definitely stay there again.
Stay was great, we loved the property. Everything was clean. The space was perfect for a short weekend. The only two things that I would say about the property that are not really negatives, but be aware for future guests. The stair to the second floor are steeper than expected, if you have bad knees you will have issues. The back yard was a bit overgrown and not used much. Maybe we were in between mows, it could have been great, but was just ok. Bring bug spray! Owner was great and answered all our questions right away. Would recommend.
Charming Canal-Side Bungalow in the Heart of New Hope
Nestled in a prime spot, this charming getaway is just a 4-minute walk from Main Street, making it a breeze to explore the local charm on foot. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, the space is thoughtfully designed for a party of two. Perched by the canal, it carries a quaint, earthy aroma reminiscent of waterside living — an authentic touch that adds to its character. The place shines with cleanliness and comfort, promising a cozy retreat. We're already looking forward to going back for another memorable stay!
We love this charming two-story home in the heart of downtown New Hope. Sparking clean, many thoughtful amenities, and a five minute sidewalk stroll to Main Street by the Bucks County Playhouse. Bed comfort is fantastic; the upstairs shower/bathroom is modern and well designed. Most highly recommended!
