Rent from the homeowner, not a realtor! Welcome to our home! One well behaved dog is welcome. Our beautiful, extremely clean 2400 s/f home in the private beach community of Suissevale on Lake Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough. Are you attending a fall wedding at the Caste in the Clouds? We are 3 miles from there! Summer beach vacation, we are 1/2 mile to private association beach. You will not be disappointed by this home! The home is very well maintained, very clean, and the furniture is new. The private association Suissevale Beach is less than ½ mile from the home. This modern, bright and well maintained home has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 baths. The dining room has comfortable seating for 10, plus 2 more at the bar. Central air conditioning too. Why not eat outside on the large front porch and enjoy the scenery? Large front and side yard for summer games! The home has nice appliances, central air, 2 HDTV's, washer/dryer and WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. The design of the home is perfect for 2 families sharing the space. The large master bedroom and bath is a bonus. There is a den and great room, so everyone will have space to relax after a day at the beach. The Suissevale beach is considered one of the nicest beaches on Winnipesaukee, with a very large and safe swimming area! There is a boat launch 1/2 mile from the home. The beach has a playground, picnic tables and grilling areas, just bring your charcoal. Also, the home is 200 yards from the Suissevale club house which has a playground, 2 tennis courts, basketball hoop and some blacktop for skateboards or scooters. Tenant provides linens (sheets and towels). Also, we don't use a management company to rent our home, you will deal directly with us, so we will give you excellent service and attention. We work very hard to ensure that you have a great vacation! Our home is NON-Smoking. Multi Week Discount of 10%, email us for more info.

Thanksgiving at the lake

This was our second family vacation at this property and it is always wonderful. Large house with plenty of room for extended family. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. Jennifer is a joy to communicate with. Looking forward to another.duture stay.

Cozy and Spacious Home

The house was clean and perfect for our group of 11 to stay for the weekend. It was very close to the lake and it was a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and helpful. The only part that was a hassle was bringing our own bedsheets and towels. Since we drove here it wasn’t as big of a deal, but for people with space limitations, it would be a lot. We wish the bedsheets were provided, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Spacious getaway surrounded by mountains

Jen’s home had more than enough room for our two families. Everyone had a spot at the large kitchen table. The house was clean and each living area was spacious enough for all but it was nice to have the option to spread out into the other when needed. The area is beautiful and a great neighborhood to walk around and enjoy. The community center has swings and a small playground for the kids and is right next door. The beach is beautiful and a short walk down the road. Castle in the clouds though closed for the winter has tons of beautiful hiking trails and views that are accessible year round and is less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to check out the brook trail With all its waterfalls. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time.

Very convenient to Castle in the Clouds

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It worked out perfectly to accommodate our family for a large wedding. Has great amenities, with a large dining / kitchen area and two sitting/tv rooms. Comfortable beds and was only 7 minutes from our venue. The homeowner was an excellent communicator and facilitated our stay very nicely. Would recommend! Beautiful area and beautiful stay! One of the Best Homes in Suissevale!

Very cool and spacious home! This house is significantly nicer (and newer) than almost all other properties you'll find in the neighborhood. Definitely worth the few extra bucks a night. I loved this place inside and out and look forward to staying again!

Perfect family vacation!

Such a beautiful home. We were three siblings and their families (ten in all) and had more than enough room for everyone to have space. Loved having the lake right at the bottom of the street and it was so clean. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and the last couple of weeks leading up to our trip she sent several communications to be sure you had all you needed for a great stay

Perfect Thanksgiving

This property was perfectly spacious with plenty of room for 3 families to have their own private areas. There was even an extra living room for the kids to watch tv while the adults were enjoying football. Jen generously offered wood for the fireplace and a space heater if needed. The area around the property as very quiet and with minimal traffic. We had a great time and will definitely use her again if needed!

Amazing lake side home

Not only was the location perfect, Jen was awesome to work with, the house was massive and plenty of room for our two families. Everything was neat and tidy and cozy for everyone while nice and big at the same time. A really cool band played at the pavilion next door which has a playground too, a short hike down to a really nice lake side beach complete with kayaks to use as well! Loved it!

A Great Week Long Stay With Family

We have rented in Suissevale several times but this rental was everything it promised and more. Plenty of space for everyone! Jen has everything you would need.. from paper products to everything required to prepare a meal (spices galore). The two separate living areas were perfect. The kids (6, 7.5, 10 and 12) had their own room (the 'Great' room) to play video games and hangout while the 4 adults hung out in the living room. We would gladly return in a heartbeat!

A Terrific Place to Stay

This property was very clean. It was in a great location ...close to the community center, beach, etc. Loved the set-up of the house. Lots of room for multiple things going on in one place. The 2 separate living rooms allowed for a quiet space and a gathering space. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pans and utensils. It was like being at home. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again.

Amazing 4th of July experience

We had an awesome time at this home. It is conveniently located just a couple streets away from the private beach. Check in and out were smooth and Jen answered any questions I had. There is a ton of space for the adults and the “tweens”. I can’t wait to book this property again!

Exceptional Owner & Property

The home had a two car garage along with upper and lower parking. It easily supported a rental car and seven motorcycles. Owner was extremely supportive, responsive and pleasant. The house had plenty of room and was well maintained. The area was beautiful and neighbors friendly making this home a big hit with everyone. The owner made this a great experience and worked with us to hold the house for a year after our trip was cancelled. I would refer anyone to this home and thank you for a wonderful vacation. Why they chose this property

My parents bought a vacation home in Suissevale in 1976, and I've loved the area since! I learned to swim at the Suissevale beach, now my young children have learned to swim there as well. The lake is 1/2 mile from house . My parents and both brothers and their families are here, so we love being able have great family time in Suissevale. I love this end of the Lake as it is quiet and peaceful, but still has great restaurants and shops!

What makes this property unique

Tons of room for entertaining and peace and quiet, if that is what we need. The dining room fits 12 comfortably, and we fill up every seat most dinners with our extended family. A .4 mile short walk down the hill to the private association beach is great. 2 dens allow for adult space….and kid space ! The master bedroom has a king bed and private in suite bathroom (with shower). The 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen bed, other room has queen and twin) share a bathroom. The kids bunk room has easy access to the 3rd bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen for your entertaining needs. Guest bring their own sheets and towels. Beds have pillows, blankets and quilts . If you want owner to coordinate rental of sheets and towels (roughly $175 for the stay) just ask as this MIGHT be an option. However, rental service is not available during June, July and August says.
