There is a dining area with seating for 2. The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. Additionally, there is countertop seating for 2. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There are extra sleeping arrangements in the hall with a twin bunk bed.

The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably.This unit is located on the first floor so no climbing stairs to access! Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
