About the host
Your host

We raised our daughters around the corner from this place. Our youngest daughter and her husband own the two units behind the house (separate parking). At some point we want to live there at least during the week so we can walk our grandson to the elementary school 4 blocks away.
We were married in Santa Fe 42 years ago and have lived here for half a century. Once our kids left, we moved to the end of a 3 mi dirt road in the country and built our dream house where we live with our dogs and horses.
Why they chose this property
We've spent 30 wonderful years in this neighborhood. We're going to retire here. Mature trees, varied housing types and households. Strollers galore. Walking distance from the center of town.
What makes this property unique
When this property was slated there were 10 offers above the purchase price within five days. If most people were like us they loved the location, the layout and the historic architectural details.
