Beautiful country house within Fazenda Centenária, 10m from the center of JF.
Two storey house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, 2 rooms, balcony, pantry, kitchen. Super cozy! Accommodates 8 people in comfort! 10 kms from the center of Juiz de Fora. 1 km from Jardim Esperança where there is a pharmacy, butcher, market and home delivery. Delivery of gas and water at home. Safe, quiet place with an exuberant nature! But because it is my residence, I only rent to families, or group of friends up to 8 people. Please do not consider for large parties. Thanks
