The Harborview is located in the heart of the village with beautiful views of the harbor.

Very Sunny one bedroom Completely re-modeled this year, with white washed maple hardwood flooring and a fully custom built kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops and sea glass back splash. A Queen size bed in bedroom and a queen sized futon in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Full bath with shower & tub. Direct TV, wireless internet, front loader washer/dryer. Linens and towels provided. Parking provided off premise. This is a non-smoking building/unit.

Our Beautiful Harbor offers many activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, Whale Watching & Puffin Watching excursions, Harbor tours, trolley rides through both sides of the harbor, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, many preserves for hiking, antiques, and lots and lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping, most just steps out our door!!

We also can be found in the Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store!

Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store is centrally located if you need a great cup of organic fresh or cold brewed coffee, a breakfast or lunch snack, a cold beer or bottle of wine, even a cooler to hold it all in! For those who forget or just pack light, we also have toothbrushes, sunscreen, dramamine, and many toiletries and necessities.

We loved our stay here. This is a fantastic location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Boothbay. Bring eye masks though, the futon sleeper is going to get a lot of light from the windows.

Quaint with a view!

We loved staying here! For 2 people it was perfect! The charm of the old building and the location were on point! 5 min or less to anything in the harbor! But the best part was our hosts! Patty and Mark are the best! Always close by with suggestions and help with a smile! If we travel back that way, we will definitely stay there again!

Stairway to spectacular views

Truly the best place to stay!! Right in the heart of town. Everything literally within walking distance. Remodeled kitchen made it easy to make our own breakfast and enjoy our coffee. Patty was so helpful with suggestions. We enjoyed all that Booth Bay has to offer. So many great places to eat. Later in the day ..nice to come back ..cool off...have a cocktail and play cards. We were there for a wedding and everyone was jelly over our place. Cute...quaint...had everything we needed!

Lovely getaway!

My partner and I stayed at Patty’s property because we were in town for a wedding and decided to make a trip out of it. Patty was so welcoming and provided so many great recommendations. She owns the Harbor Mart downstairs so it was nice knowing that we could pop in and ask questions as needed. She was very communicative and made the check in process super easy. The property was as described and very adorable, right in the heart of town. Highly recommend staying here!

Love, Love Boothbay Harbor

This was our second stay at this lovely second floor apartment. Clean, well appointed and wonderful views with lots of windows for people watching. It is located right in town so it is close to everything Boothbay Harbor has to offer. Owners Patty and Mark were warm and friendly and the free morning coffee in their market was yummy and very welcome. See you next year!!!

Cozy Apartment by Sea

My husband and I stayed here a couple years ago. It is just like we remembered it. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, bakeware, spices, utensils ect. It was wonderful to open the window to feel the cross sea breeze. The apartment has a sea cottage feel. Patty and her husband Mark were easy to communicate to and if we messaged them we received a prompt response. It was a great stay. Until next time!

Delightful!

We had a wonderful time at this delightful property. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Boothbay Harbor, so we could walk to everything -- the shops, the great restaurants and ice cream and waffle places, the kayaking and boat tour places, the delightful architecture, gardens, and views of the village, our daily walks on the Footbridge to appreciate the changing moods and tides of the harbor itself, and across it to the Lobster Dock and Barrett's Park. And it was only a few minutes' drive to the wonderful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, which we love visiting, and the weekly Farmers' Market. The apartment itself was very cute, comfortable, and accommodating, with everything we needed, and we enjoyed interacting with the delightful owners.

Booth Bay from the center of town

We totally enjoyed our stay, great location in downtown Booth Bay, walkable to everything. Parking is extremely difficult, requires constant moving of your vehicle or pay max rate daily at municipal parking lots. Another downside to the apartment is the mattress on the bed which is in very poor condition. The sides of the mattress were so broken down that you had to sleep closer to the middle which did not leave enough room for 2 people, thus my husband slept on the futon.

Right in the middle of Boothbay Harbor

This rental was perfect for us, since we like being in the middle of the “the action.” The building is right in the center of town. The unit itself is a cute, tiny 3rd floor apartment with a small kitchen. It’s appropriate for a couple. The windows look out over Commercial Street, and you can see the water of the harbor inbetween buildings. The owners are usually available, since they run two of the stores on the ground floor of the building. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful. We would definitely book this rental again!

5 stars! Location, Hosts, and Accommodations!

5 stars for this adorable property! Here are some highlights: Location - The location of this property in Boothbay Harbor is absolutely unbeatable! It is steps from the boat to go to the Clambake on Cabbage Island (a must do!), 5 minutes from the footbridge, steps from excellent restaurants (Red Cup was our favorite for breakfast, upper deck of the Tugboat for dinner, Wannawaf for dessert), and right in the middle of the harbor where the shopping is amazing! Hosts - Patty is lovely and treated us with so much kindness. She offered excellent recommendations and was always available! We really enjoyed meeting her and greatly appreciated her guidance on must-dos in Boothbay Harbor! Accommodations - The unit is bright and sunny! It was very clean and has a great kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed and futon were both very comfortable. The unit is situated across the street from the harbor, so opening the windows allowed for the most amazing breezes (and it was very quiet at night)! We were so pleased with our stay and look forward to visiting Boothbay again soon.

Great place in the middle of town and steps away from the water!

My wife and I spent 3 days in this lovely 2nd floor apartment and had a great time. The place had a beach/summer home feel with amazing views of the downtown and harbor. Dianne was more than helpful in recommending activities, places to shop and the top restaurants to eat at. I was able to text her throughout the week if I had any follow up questions and she would respond right away. Boothbay has so much to offer and is a great central location in Maine. You are a couple hours southwest from Acadia National Park and about 1 hour northeast from the city life in Portland. While you are in Boothbay, definitely do the whale watching tour. They have plenty of water activities and other tours also. If you are looking for a place to swim, check out Barrett's Park which is 7 minutes away. Bet's has the best fish and chips I've ever had while Ports of Italy may be the best Italian I've had as well. Both musts in Boothbay. Again, the apartment is great and Dianne is wonderful and extremely helpful throughout your stay.

FANTASTIC LOCATION! ADORABLE PROPERTY WITH EXCELLENT OWNERS

If you want to be in the heart of it all, this property is for you! Perfectly placed by great restaurants and a fabulous homemade ice cream store, piers for boating activities, and shopping. If desired, you can park your car for the time you are there and walk to everything. I recommend taking a day though and going to the local beaches and walking paths. We ate lobster every day while there. Patty was a great resource on recommendations as well and the Harbor Mart carries all necessities such as wine, coffee, snacks, and more. Unit was well stocked with all the things we needed- spices, cookware, beer/wine opener, towels, linens, pillows, sand chairs, fan, and had shared laundry with the other unit. I didn't intend on doing laundry but the long sleeve shirt and sweatshirt was worn on the evening boating adventures and were very much needed! This unit is up two narrow and somewhat uneven flights of steps so take this into account when booking and packing (two small suitcases are easier than a large, shared one!). The studio unit below is also adorable and may be better for you (The owners allowed me access one day when I had a virtual interview) if you have some mobility issues. If you lots of mobility challenges then this might not be the place for you. Also, the unit is bright and sunny and deliveries to the local business start around 6am. You won't be sleeping in! We went in late June 2020 and the town was just starting to open their season from COVID restrictions. We felt safe; stores and restaurants were practicing sanitation and restricting the numbers of guests. Store owners and service providers wore masks and about 50% of the visitors did too while out and about. Masks were required (and offered) to enter many establishments.

October Trip

This was a perfect location. Right in the heart of town within walking distance of restaurants, stores, shops, coffee shops, and the waterfront amenities. It was also a good home base for day trips. The unit was quaint, a bit crooked and out of level in places, and full of light. The units are upstairs and accessed by steep sets of stairs, something mobility challenged individuals should consider (we’re seniors and had no issues, jus sayin’). We would go back.
