We had a wonderful stay!!! Everything was as it was supposed to be. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked with all your needs, and I have stayed in a lot of them. It comfortable and perfect for our family! We would definitely stay there again!!
We really enjoyed the decor all around. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Very friendly. Clean home. Plenty of dishes and cookware. There was just 5 of us, but 3 bafhrooms were great . Was very peaceful and quiet. Great views of Northern lights out front a couple of the nights, and there was a moose that was camping out a couple nights in the back yard as well. was very nice. :-) Would recommend and stay there again.
We did a winter trip with outside temps from about 10F at the start to -25F at the end. House held the set temp without a problem and we never ran out of hot water for our group of 9 people. The garage has been converted to living space, so the rental car was outside and plugged in to keep the engine warm. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels for the group. The wifi went out due to a power issue, and the owner stopped by within 2 hours to reset it. The battery light started flashing on the door lock, and again they came within a couple of hours to replace the lock battery. Overall communication with the owner and response was great. The only 2 things we would have liked added was a cake pan to bake a cake, and some more options for clothes storage as much of our stuff had to stay in suitcases on the floor. Overall a great townhouse and a great stay!

Property was amazing, well stocked with essentials. If owners was needed they responded within minutes. Most definitely will return and will recommend.
Absolutely beautiful place!!
The place was very cozy, well decorated, and very clean. Loved that it was between North Pole and Fairbanks. We rented a car and were able to go everywhere and come back home to this homey, warm environment. Slept like a baby. We all did. There’s room for 10 if 2 in each bed. We were 6 and it was perfect for us. We loved it!!!
This was a great place for us. Plenty of room and bathrooms that made it a very comfortable stay. The only thing that was missing was a crock pot, colander ( for pasta) and a cheese grater. We are from Texas and love Taco Soup when cold…. Lol. We made it work, kitchen fully stocked otherwise and great coffee and condiments supplied. The owner was extremely responsive. The inside was clean and having a washer and dryer was perfect. Great place. I highly recommend this place, especially for a group because it was spacious had plenty of bathrooms and easily accessible.
Hostess was very responsive to all my messages. The place was nice and bright with a good kitchen. The tables and bed frames had a nice "heavy lumber" look. I am very noise sensitive. I could occasionally hear traffic noise from Badger Road a few hundred feet away. But otherwise it was nice and quiet.
The driveway was a little hard to find when we arrived in the dark. GPS said our destination was 200 feet ahead on the right. This did not make sense since Google maps had shown it on the left. We followed the GPS and walked around and tried again and finally found the driveway (again). It turns out that the GPS was telling us the destination was 200 feet up the driveway to the right, not up the road to the right. Once we figured that out, all was good.
Our stay at the cabin was fantastic. 3 adults and two kids spent several days here. The cabin is great for groups and is close enough to Fairbanks to be convenient but still feel remote. Everything was clean and all amenities listed were provided. My kids loved staying here and we will definitely love to return again in the future.
Overall 110%! My family and i will make vacation plans based on availability of this property! We would never stay anywhere else! The host went above and beyond to provide everything we needed! They deserve a 10 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫 review! Thank you again so much!
This is one of the most well-equipped rentals we’ve stayed in…so much attention to detail. The place was very clean and the hosts responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place to stay in North Pole or near Fairbanks, you can’t go wrong with the Bear Cave. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
Great place to stay for our family of 7! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great location for Fairbanks, North Pole, Chena Lake and Chena Hot Springs!!
We were in town to watch our kiddo play soccer for the weekend and the location was perfect as we were wanting to be close to North Pole where the team was staying. The house was very clean and provided all the amenities you could want. We would definitely stay here again.
Just wow! I was a little worried with only one review. Once we arrived that quickly melted away. This place is so clean! Tons of space for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. The perfect location between Fairbanks and North Pole. It has tons of little details that absolutely made the trip. Extra blankets located everywhere. Pots and pans. Spice rack. Extra toiletries if needed. Smart tv in the living room and garage. Black out curtains in the bedrooms. It was beautifully decorated. One suggestion would be a coat rack by the door.
The space was clean and spacious for our family of 3, definitely room for 6 adults. We spent a month visiting with family in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating and communicative.
