Great place!

We came in to attend the NIT final games and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! Walking distance to a fantastic restaurant (Root & Bone - so good!) and quick ride to the Fieldhouse. The house is charming and quirky - enjoyed our stay - thanks so much!

Wonderful

Was in town for the World Food Championships to compete in the dessert category and ended up the 2024 dessert World champions!! The property was the perfect home away from home to relax and enjoy our time in Indianapolis.

Always a great stay!

We have stayed here several times due to its proximity to Butler. But it's close to many activities, and it's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house has a cute side porch, large kitchen and comfy beds! Will be staying here again.

Disappointing stay

We chose this home largely because of its proximity to friends and restaurants. The home seems fine at first, but as we settled in and spent the first night there, it was clear that the property management did the minimum to make this a comfortable place to stay. The pillows and linens were cheap and bath towels small. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the second bedroom was so squeaky that you could hear every movement through the night. The kitchen was equipped in a bit of a hodge podge kind of way. We couldn't find coffee filters or the screen for the french press. The living room furniture made no sense for the space. The couch was uncomfortable and only sat three people. It felt like it was going to break in half when our family of four, total of 500 pounds, sat on it. The worst part was the appearance of bed bug bites on my son. This home would be a great place to stay with improvements in furniture, linens and more attention to detail. In my opinion, it is not worth the price at all in its current condition.

Cute Little Cottage

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained house. Was a great little place for a few friends to stay together for a weekend trip the Indy area. Broad Ripple is a very cool neighborhood. Right near the Monon recreation trail, if you want to bike into Indy.

Work trip for conference

We booked this VRBO because we were in town for a work conference. It is a charming little place. The home was clean. Check-in process was easy. Communication from host was excellent. I asked for restaurant recommendations and we tried 2 of the 3 and they were great. We walked every night. It was a cute neighborhood with so much character. We loved the tiny screened in porch and sat out there each day to enjoy our coffee and listen to the birds. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Suggestions More than one set of towels per person. We stayed 5 days. Provide kitchen dish clothes and towels. Provide placemats for the dining table. Provide instructions on how to set the thermostat. I have seen one like it and didn’t know how to use it. Also, the internet had changed and the thermostat had the old internet. This kept it from working. Provide alternative lighting for when the electricity goes out. Our first night there it went out for about 1 hour and it got dark.

Close to Butler University

A short 5 minute drive to Butler’s campus, this property was wonderful. I was able to visit our family member, make homemade dinners and work all from this location. I especially appreciated the large kitchen and strong wifi. Would highly recommend.

Broad Ripple

Was there for a holiday show at the fairgrounds which was just a couple minute drive. House was great. Bathroom is really small and when we arrived for a 7 night stay we only had 2 towels ….so check your towels.
