Beautiful Lake View Log Cabin Lake Anna VA with Private Dock

Beautiful Lake View Log Cabin home on the Public side of Lake Anna VA with Your own Private dock to dock your boat and/or wave runner. Deck is 1/2 shed covered to enjoy some shade as well. Great family-friendly cove to swim, fish & sit and relax at our dock on the water. You can walk in from the land or jump in at the end of the dock, depending on the water level at that time.

We are in a family-friendly neighborhood/cove (no parties and no events) IF YOU ARE PARTIERS DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK.

RENTERS are responsible for their own linens - all TOWELS & SHEETS, or use Lake Anna Linens which are great!

2025- Brand new floors on the main floor, along with new granite counter tops.

We are in a unique community- Both Waters Estates- you have access to bother the public side or private side of the lake. The boat launch is less than a mile down the road.

We have 2 outdoor security cameras. One is under the deck steps & faces the small side white garage door. This door is not accessible to renters. The other is in a tree that faces the new steps up to the front door.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET

Our Log Cabin home has a nice large wrap-around shed-covered porch that faces the public side of Lake Anna, the perfect place to hang out to play games, watch the wildlife fly by and cook your favorite foods. The cove you face is not the cove where our dock is, that is the main part of the lake.

2 master Bedrooms upstairs with King & Full-size beds in each room.

Both rooms have a stunning view of the Public side of the lake. Both have window AC units as well as ceiling fans. These rooms tend to be the warmest in the warmer months of the year. The AC units cool the rooms quickly, please do not let them run all day.

1st floor Bedroom has Queen bed with a great view of the lake as well. another 1st floor room with a set of Twin Wooden Bunk Beds for children

Each floor has its own FULL bathroom. Main floor brand new walk in shower, walk in shower in basement & tub/shower top floor, Central AC, and Window AC Units in top floor master bedrooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave

Fully equipped Kitchen and also propane BBQ grill on patio under the porch. Table & chairs there too to relax while cooking.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and basement & some bedrooms. off-air TV, DVD player, Foosball table, older bikes in the shed for your use as well

45' floating dock and deck (1/2 is shed covered) at the water to sit and relax

******Linens (sheets & towels) are not included, Guests required to bring their own or contact Lake Anna Linens for great service!

TRASH PICKUP begins for WEEKLY Rentals only- beginning in JUNE will get picked up 1 time midweek, then you Must take your remaining TRASH & all your Recyclables on your checkout. We include info in your check-in email we will send you.

Access to Both Waters Estates Private Boat ramp which provides access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna. You launch on the left side (public side) to drive your boat or wave runner to our cove/dock to keep your boat at our dock for your stay.

**16 miles from Lake Anna state park. Fantastic trails for walking many along the lake, beach, nice nature center & more!

Lake Anna is the second largest freshwater inland lake in Virginia with some 250 miles of shoreline and 13,000 surface acres of water. Lake Anna is a premier spot for fishing and water sports. Although we are out in the country, Lake Anna has a lot to offer! You can spend the day at the many wineries around the area, and of course, watch the sunrise and sunset over beautiful Lake Anna. Beautiful sunset at Both Waters community both ramp. Sunrise from our yard or shed covered porch or bedrooms certain times of the year.
