6 Bedroom, 4.5 bath, private pool, beach access home which sleeps up to 16 people. House is the dunes of Destin sub division. Three story house which has over 4500 sq. feet of interior space.
Each story has a balcony with a view of the gulf of Mexico. There is a private beach access boardwalk approx. 50 yards away. At the private pool you can barbeque sunbathe, and enjoy outside lounging. Two car garages provide ample parking along with parking in 2 driveways. Dunes of Destin is a gated community for private access.

1st Floor
Two car garage and space in driveway for two more cars. Downstairs living area with queen bedroom large bath bunk room and hallway to pool access. Private pool BBQ area with mini fridge.

2nd Floor
Living area dining room Gourmet kitchen, half bath, King bedroom with back balcony access and full bath washer and dryer.

Master bedroom back balcony master bedroom with whirlpool and walk in shower 2 queen bedrooms with front balcony access to shared full bath.

Great location

Great location. The house layout was nice, but the house could use some upgrades and repairs. We didnt have very many towels and wish we would have packed more because our group had to wash towels through our stay. We would have liked more info on beach and what we can take down there and the fees for umbrella and chair rentals. We had a great time. Overall. Thanks

Needs updating

The property seems to have foundation issues. Floor bows in kitchen and top floor bathroom. Its a nice place, just a little updating would be nice. Biggest complaint was the roaches. Owner did have someone spray asap but still disappointing. House is a small walk from beach, which is wonderful!

Great size home for our family vacation. Just felt the home was a bit beat up and not maintained well. Main bath shower handle broken off- maint tech stopped to check it stating yep not sure how he’d fix that? What??? Just needed some everyday maint such as light bulbs out everywhere, weeds at pool… but all and all nice vacation.

Very nice property! Very spacious living space in this home! Lots of bed spaces! Very close to the beach access and close to all restaurants and entertainment in Destine. Family of 16 had a wonderful time in Destine!

Great place for family

Property was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Pool area was great to have. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Only caution: LOTS of steep stairs. We had a few elderly in the group who had some difficulty navigating, but they all had a great time regardless.

We loved the property and the support we received from the property management. Beach access was wonderful and the home is fairly well maintained. Overall the house is very nice. However, some small items like broken blinds, dresser drawer knobs that fall off and need replacement and excessive furniture wear /tear (upstairs desk chair cushion torn) were our only discrepancies. My only really negative comment comes regarding the back yard and gas grill. The back yard landscaping, patio area, and patio furniture need cleaning. The bottom of the gas grill is completely rusted out and only half of the burners work, making it very difficult to use. Overall, we had a great time and our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location and we plan on coming back.

Very nice house.

We loved our stay here! There were only a few issues we could think of. - a lot of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. No one got great sleep all week. - most sheets didn’t stay on the beds after they were slept in. - kitchen could use a few more things like new pots, pans, etc.

Our stay was excellent!

The home is very large & accommodated our entire family nicely giving us plenty of room for being all together or getting away on your own. The best part was the private beach....the included umbrella & 2 loungers was a real plus & we paid for another set for the week. Was worried about the walk to the beach but it was closer than expected & so ez! On either size of us beach was sooo crowded I would have went crazy...don't know how they kept our area so private...but they did!! Gated community, private pool & correspondence with John helped make this an outstanding trip!!

Very nice rental

This property was very nice but could use some updating at the property. We had 8 adults stay and we had plenty of room and space to spread out. The location was fantastic with private beach access. The owner was very responsive to any issues that we had and took care of things right away. I would recommend and would stay again.

Destin 2022

After having our flights canceled due to maintenance on a plane & no option for a reschedule, we opted to drive 22 hours to get to the house. The house was great and had plenty of room and everything about it made our drive worth it. I brought my kids and their families. We had groceries delivered, and ate many meals right there as a family! The area is clean with great beach access!! And the activities at the boardwalk gave everyone plenty to do! They went parasailing and jet skiing. There are great bars and restaurants and plenty of shopping in the area! It was great! We’ll be back!!

Katrina Beach House

Had a wonderful time staying at this house, the beach was super close and made for an easy walk with the grandkids. We had 12 family members in the group and there was plenty of space in the house to spread out and have quite time when you wanted it. The house had all the amenities that we were looking for and certainly met our expectations. The pool was great for the little ones and everyone enjoyed it more than we thought we would. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it for any large family.
