It was a great experience, plenty of parking with atvs, truck and trailers with space for kids to play. Right next to trials and restaurants. It was a Great experience! Owners were very quick to respond and available anytime.
Nice spot to rest your head in between trail activities. Trail access right down the street. Everything worked in the home and it was pretty clean. Planning on booking again next year.
We had such an amazing time! Enough trailer parking for 2 trucks and trailers. Was super easy to communicate with the owner. We will definitely be staying there again

Hatfield McCoy trip
Inside was decent but the exterior and property needs some improvement.
This property was just like the pictures. We cooked there and used the outside grill. Everything worked as it should and the beds were all comfortable! The washer and dryer were a plus! Plenty of hot water for showers. I would rent again.
The property was a good stay! We were welcomed with a baked treat. Plenty of towels and supplies available. Easy access to everything local. Neighbors not so friendly.
place was great but it felt like driving down skid row lol but you cant control how your neighbors live or what they do. i would still stay there again!!!!
Good overall, dishwasher didn't seem to work, wasn't a big deal tho. Great location for riding, private setting, had room for 2 trucks and trailers for parking.
We had an excellent stay in the home near Matewan WV. Tyler was an absolutely amazing host!! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch. We were visiting to go UTV'ing on the Hatfield and McCoy trails.. there are trails right down the street from the property.
There are several great restaurants near the home as well. AND the WIFI works great!!!
I highly recommend this property & its owners. We look forward to staying again.

Convenient for Trails and renovations need to be completed
Will be great once all the renovations are completed. The beds and linens were all new and very comfortable. The WiFi was good and necessary because there was no service on my T-Mobile cell phone. Had to address one cleanup issue with the host and I’m sure they will have it taken care of soon. Sitting on the front porch listening to the stream was very relaxing.
The property was clean and comfortable for my husband and I as well as my brother-in-law and our dog. There would be more than enough room for the rest of our family to join us next time. Loved that we could bring the dog with us!!
We also really liked that there was plenty of room for our 2 Ram 3500's as well as the 32ft trailer and we could take off in the ATV right from the house.
We only spent the nights at the house but would enjoy going back and using the firepit and grill next time.

Great location but not the best place to stay
We came down for a long weekend and we were not happy with our stay. Upon arrival my boyfriend fell down the stairs due to it raining and the stairs being slippery with no gutter above the stairs. Also the floors were dirty and there was animal hair on all of the comforters. We also had bees in the house with multiple people allergic. In the bedrooms, none of the lamps worked besides in the master bedroom. Both showers had really bad water pressure. Although there were many cosmetic things wrong with this property, the location and parking was great!
