We absolutely loved this condo!! The location was wonderful especially having toddlers and a baby with us. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I am very picky about where I stay and this condo was terrific!!

Loved it! Views were just amazing. Condo has lots of space and very comfortable. Parking garage is great, really appreciated the luggage carts and shopping carts. Pools were never too busy. Lots to explore and plenty of activities to keep anyone entertained.

Short getaway, plus competition in Pensacola was the main reason for the getaway

Have stayed at this property before and has always been very enjoyable, the only thing was it was very very windy during the stay, but didnt keep us off the beach.

Great Location

Loved that the condo was on the 5th floor. Parked on 5th floor & did not have to put all of our stuff in an elevator. Condo had a lot of room for 6 adults & 1 baby.

Just amazing

The property had a lot of things for kids to do while being located on beach. My family didn’t want to leave but we couldn’t extend the stay due to someone else checking in after the cleaning process. We are definitely staying here again

Oasis Orange Beacj

We had a great stay! The place was clean, and everything was working. The elevators were not as bad as we had anticipated. Usually there are long lines for elevators during holiday weekends, but this one was fairly quick. I would recommend this place to anybody! The employees were very nice and courteous. I even had an issue with my truck, and one of the security guards helped me get it started.

Fabulous Spring Break Stay

The property was fabulous and the location is the bomb.com! 10 mins from the Hangout (which my daughters loved) and from the Wharf! 4 mins from Walmart and anything downtown Orange Beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. And Jackie…she was quick for response if we needed anything or had an issue. She needs a pay raise! Thank you again for letting us have a family fun Spring break!

Ideal location between GS and OB...

We loved being on the Fifth Floor level overlooking the Lazy River and the Pool, and being able to park on that level and walk straight to the condo. without having to get on the elevator made things a lot easier for my 92 year old Mother. Everything inside the condo. was as advertised and provided for a great time by all. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you Sharon for allowing us to enjoy your condo. for the week - there's nothing like the beach - We will definitely be back!

Amazing family vacay!

The condo was amazing! Beautiful views! Being on the 5 floor was great! Just park and walk right to the condo! The kids loved the slide, lazy river and pools! Walk to the beach was easy ….. water was so clear all week! This was our first time to stay at Phoenix West II and we will definitely book again! (The only down side was phone service only worked on Wi-Fi…… but in reality it kept us off of our phones most of the week so it was really a plus)

We had a wonderful time! The place was on a low floor(5), just steps from the elevator. Ice maker was a huge benefit. Was clean and well taken care of but bring everything like foil/Saran/ziplocks, detergents, condiments, coffee filters, etc. Dishes, silverware, and pots/pans, and small appliances supplied. Great location. Would definitely come back here!

Replace the Master Bedroom mattress and you get a five.

We always enjoy our stay at Phoenix West II. The location and amenities are perfect for our family. This was our first time to stay in this particular condo. The condo provided everything we needed and then some. It was spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of nice fluffy towels, even provided shampoo and soap, which I forgot to bring with me. I would suggest replacing the master bedroom mattress. I would toss it if it was at my house. Also, and I believe this to be an oversight by the cleaning crew, the floors were dirty. We had 7-11 feet after initially going barefoot. Neither of these issues prevented us from enjoying the condo and the beach.

Booked based on all the reviews - and they were spot on. Nice unit. Great views. Comfortable Beds. VERY well stocked. Everything worked. Pools were very nice and the inside pool was great for the windy day we had. Hot tubs were a hit. All the staff were great. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much to our hosts!

Great stay

This unit is conveniently located on the 5th floor which my family enjoyed. It was nicely furnished and decorated. Check in was so easy and the owner already had our parking passes and property bracelets in the room so we didn’t have to go to the check in desk. This was a huge plus since we could get started on our vacation right away without a long wait downstairs. They even had a goodie basket waiting for us which the kids enjoyed as well as beach toys and equipment. Next time, I’ll leave my beach stuff at home. We had a very comfortable stay.
