We aim to keep the pool at a temperature of 75-85°F, but cannot guarantee specific temperatures 🌡️. Heater is turned on the day of arrival.

If any mechanical items break or fail during your stay, we’ll work quickly to fix it 🛠️, but no refunds will be given for disruptions.

🔑 After booking, you’ll be required to complete a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement ✍️. If you're bringing a pet, be sure to disclose it 🐾. This property offers contactless self check-in – your access code will be sent to you 3 days before check-in 📲.
