One of the newest communities located just a short distance from Bethany Beach and the ocean. It offers many amenities and is convenient to shopping. Enjoy the mini water park pool at the main community clubhouse where you will find a fitness center, yoga room, lounge area, Ping-Pong tables, and more. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are walking trails, a fishing pier, several ponds, Kayak, pickle ball courts, a playground, 1 lap pool and much more. There is a shuttle bus that stops throughout the community and will take you to downtown Bethany Beach.
