Enjoy the city of Barcelona from this very well appointed three bedroom apartment with private terrace and beautiful sunset views. Barcelona's excellent weather will allow you to enjoy the terrace all year long.

Three bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lots of natural light. There is one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms (one of them has a bed that could actually sleep two kids).

The living room & dining room also have access to the terrace and have a sofa, a dining table, and a flat screen TV.

Renovated shower (December 2017).

Fully equipped and modern kitchen.

One of the apartment's most unique features is its terrace, where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sunset, or have breakfast, lunch dinner.

The apartment is a 7th floor with elevator. Internet is provided free of charge

Minutes away from Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, and within the very quaint neighborhood of Gracia, this apartment is surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by subway (the stop is seconds away) and in 15 minutes you are in Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). Gracia is one of Barcelona's most peculiar districts, with many pedestrian streets and lots of shops, boutique restaurants, etc.... and all within minutes of famous Paseo de Gracia.

Five Day Hola Pass- The Best!
This property is a great location. It was easy to get to from the airport and then a quick walk took you to the apartment. We loved the outdoor space.There were grocery stores close by. Once we got in, Adam was there to show us around. He was very helpful.

Property is in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries nearby. Terrace is wonderful. accurately described online. It was secure building, felt very safe. The Dia grocery is 1/2 block away, has absolutely everything one would need. Recommend!

Great Location and good apartment.
The apartment is good and location is great with access to the metro and bus service in barcelona. Would appreciate a few more basic amenities to be provided like a pan for frying, some basic laundry pods and body soap. If a few basic needs are provided we do not need to rush to a store right at the start. Would also like if the beds have bed sheets and not just fitted sheets over the mattress.

For the price, the place was good. Beds very comfortable! Suggest new bath towels as the ones given were small and worn. Only 1 wine glass and corkscrew wasn’t the greatest. Location was fine. Close to train. Accomodating as we were to arrive early.

Lovely spacious apartment in Gracia
The apartment was a wonderful place for our 5 night stay in Barcelona. It was very clean and comfortable and offered lots of space. From the balcony there was a great view of Mount Tibidabo. We really enjoyed staying in the Gracia neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas. We chose to use taxis to reach the sites/areas we wanted to visit but public transportation was readily available nearby. We would definitely rent this apartment again on a return visit to Barcelona.

We spent a wonderful week in Barcelona . The apartment location was ideal. Easy to use public transportation. Barcelonians welcoming and friendly despite recent protests " NO MORE TOURISTS". Apartment spacious for three people. Great terrace. Host was warm, helpful and always available . Highly recommend !

Centrally located
Spacious, clean and close to grocery store, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful view of the Cathedral on Tibidabo. Fans were provided- which was good, but given the heat- it was still a little warm for sleeping- but with the terrace doors open it was manageable. The host was very helpful particularly in booking us a taxi for the train station as we continued with our travels. I would stay here again.

So so pleased with this apartment. The view on the terrace can’t be beat and the location is perfect as well. Close to the metro with an awesome neighborhood; away from the tourist crowds but still lively with lots of shops and restaurants. Supermarket close by as well. Can’t say enough good things!
