42 days at Wind River Estates

Great view of mountains, plenty of wildlife, very little traffic. The house had plenty of room with modern conveniences and we really enjoyed the fireplace. Greg, the owner of the property was fantastic. Any questions we had about the property, all we had to do was to send him a text and we received a prompt reply. We are looking forward to returning again. Thanks Greg.

Great Location!

The cabin is was perfect for our family of four plus our small dog. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved our experience. First, the location is fantastic! Our son was participating in camp at the YMCA down the road, which is only a 4 minute drive away. We also had a 10 minute WALK from our front door to Rocky Mountain National Park's East Portal! No need to buy a timed entry to enter! The cabin itself was very clean and well stocked with amenities to make us feel like we were at home. Our host was super communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, we recommended this cabin to our friends who come to Estes Park every summer!

Wonderful relaxing mountain retreat with wildlife

Nate, the homeowner, was remarkably responsive and immediately answered any questions texted to him, day or night. The place was open, uncluttered, comfortable, and full of light, air, beautiful mountain views, and tree-covered forestry. We hiked daily, worked 1/2 days on Zoom calls and computer, and sat out on the wonderful deck and watched the birds and chipmunks eat our chopped nuts every morning and evening. Moose and her baby, mule deer, and elk grazed out in front and back yard. Quiet and a lovely retreat home. The trail to the Park was out in front and we got to anywhere we wanted to go inside RMNP and enjoyed every trail - after a first day of rest to acclimate to 9000 ft! Then we were fine! Very grateful!!!
