Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a sunny family vacation, or just some peace and serenity, you will find all of that here. Cape Coral is the 'Venice of America', named for its hundreds of
miles of navigable waterways. Our home is right on one of these
canals. With direct access and no bridges, it leads out to the
Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. You are only a boat's ride away from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach.

EXPERIENCED boaters may rent our 2018 Hurricane Sundeck 2400 for an additional charge.

Staying closer to home, you can sip cocktails or enjoy dinner poolside right on your lanai. There are so many wonderful restaurants just minutes away. Then return to relax in the pool.

Boaters Dream
This home is situated in an incredible location, with the added bonus of boat rental options! The Cape Coral area truly transformed into a boater's paradise for us. Our family has always had a passion for the water, and exploring the coastline was nothing short of spectacular. The house was the perfect size for accommodating our friends and family during their visits. The owner provided everything we needed, from beach towels to fishing poles. We're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Amazing house! The location, set up, amenities and view were perfect. Jay was a super responsive host and we enjoyed the boat, fishing, pool, grill and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a picturesque canal near everything. Would highly recommend for familes.

Amazing vacation
Exceptional is accurate. The home had everything we needed. Jay was great to work with. We rented the boat and at the end of the week, realized we didn’t get out of the pool enough to see all we wanted. The pool is large, nice shade to relax. Quiet. Saw dolphins and manatees on the boat! Plenty of towels, comfy beds. No internet or tv issues. We borrowed floaties and sand toys from my parents. This vacation was so great. We will return next year if we haven’t bought our own property by then. Thank you for sharing your home, Jay!

Like being at home but on vacation!!
We had the best time here! Relaxing is an understatement! The house has all you need to cook in (we bought fresh fish one evening) or many great restaurants close by! We rented the boat and the captain gave us the best tutorial to make our adventures safe and enjoyable! Great neighborhood to walk in!! The worst part was the “no see ums” so take bug spray and use it all the time! We would definitely rent again!!

The house, property and neighborhood was great! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and would recommend this home for another stay. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Having the option for the boat was a treat. Florida seems to be experiencing high amount of bugs this year so if bugs tend to like you then have bug spray available and wear long pants at dusk around the water 😉. We will be back!

Hard to summarize this property with all of its amazing amenities! The house was just beautiful, and the communication with a host was spot on. My family loved the pool, but renting the boat was the icing on the cake! Enjoyed the many waterways and restaurants, with daily views of dolphins. Highly recommend. Will rent again!

Jay was extremely responsive and informative to help with any questions we had. The house was great and suited our needs perfectly (7 in our party ranging 4 to 71). The outdoor area was terrific with the patio, pool/hot tub all being inside the lanai. Being able to access that area and have the view through sliding doors from basically any point in the house (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room) was pretty nice. We also rented the boat with the house and enjoyed that thoroughly.

House was great clean and very comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need for a stay. House is conveniently located for boating with restaurants, fishing, and visits to the islands close by. The checkout process for the boat was one of the best i have experienced. As a boater the capt, Florian, did an exceptional job familiarizing me with the area and safety protocols. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

This has been our 7th year to this property and once again - did not disappoint. We have already booked for next year! The entire home has had an amazing refresh inside and out! House is amazing. Home has all the amenities and then some for a rental property. The option to rent the boat is bonus. Owner is so easy to deal with! An annual getaway that has become our “Happy Place”!

By far one of the top properties that we've stayed in. We've stay in VRBO properties for many years in many different locations, but this one was awesome. We were a little hesitant because of recent hurricane and just some of the negative feedback from the area. The house, owner/property manager, boat rental,etc were all wonderful. Amazing Place
This truly is an amazing place to stay! We had a 9 day stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was perfect for our needs and air conditioning throughout was very welcome in Florida in August. We rented the boat which really was the icing on the cake. The location of the house to get out on to the water could not be better. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a boating holiday in Cape Coral. We are a family of 4, including school age twins. We love to travel. When we traveled to Ft. Myers year ago, we found Cape Coral. Being a boating family....we decided this is where we wanted to be when we vacation! It has the proximity to big beaches and the Gulf, but a Hometown/neighborhood feel...away from all of the High Rise buildings and Spring Break craziness!

Why they chose this property

We LOVE the Cape! This is our second home purchased here, and we spend as much time getting away from the cold weather up North, as we can! Cape Coral is a boating community. We have our boat for rent to experienced boaters. 1500/week + taxes and $200 Captain's fee.
