Check in at the front desk at 1207 S Ocean Blvd. They will give you a key card and parking pass. You will need to show your driver's license

Average very disappointing

The phone in our room did not work, I wanted to call house keeping for more towels. Also what if emergency happened, we had no landline. My family went to front desk to report this, lady at desk said call your host. On way to front desk noticed roaches in hallway. I assumed the pool and water park was in same building, they are in two different buildings. The front desk said we can use the water park across the street. My family went to water park, the attendant said our names not on the list. She further said the company that owns this property doesn't own your hotel anymore so they are suppose stop sending people here. I'm very disappointed will not be coming back!
