Lake cottage on the south shore of Lake Wawasee. Recently renovated with a modern kitchen but retaining the old charm of a cottage. The house has a large deck overlooks the lake and a nice pier for swimming and tying up your boat. This side of the lake has a nice sandy bottom and a quiet street. The driveway can accommodate four cars.The house also has central air.
