Once inside the main home, you'll immediately enter the beautifully appointed living room, centered around a cozy fireplace and beamed, vaulted ceilings. Just off the living space is the open dining area, with sliding doors overlooking the private backyard oasis and adjacent to a beautiful kitchen, equipped with pro cooks appliances and separate closet with full-size washer and dryer. An outdoor gas barbeque is adjacent to the kitchen. The two comfortable bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms.
Additionally, an artistically furnished 1941 detached casita, features vaulted ceilings in the open living and kitchen area and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom en suite. A walk-in closet features another full-size washer and dryer. The casita has 2 entrances: one via double French doors off the beautifully landscaped backyard, and another door leading to the backyard from the bedroom.
A gated driveway offers 2-car tandem parking. A gate accesses the property from the driveway.
Inside and out, this stunning property provides sophistication, history, casual elegance, and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that for which Palm Springs is famous. This home is a true Palm Springs gem, located in a very convenient central location close to downtown shopping, dining and museums.
The entire property is walled and gated offering a very private and secure resort experience.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway
We absolutely loved this house in PS! Great location, wonderfully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Clean, clean, clean! Jerry was the best contact for checking in and answering questions as we needed him. We will be back again next year!

There’s everything to love about this property. The location is excellent. The booking and check in process too. Jerry was wonderful. We were delayed 3 hours checking in due to issues at LAX and rental car). We were in constant contact with him. The home is so inviting, warm and cozy. Truly feels like a “home” and not a sterile commercial rental.

Desert hideaway
Lovely house. Pics are accurate. Check in was a breeze. Beautiful pool and back yard (with lime trees!) We were visited by doves and geckos, songbirds and hummingbirds. Convenient to literally everything. You can walk to downtown PS. Most importantly, it is very private. The casita out back is cozy and wonderful. Highly recommend.
