~The Monty Manor~ Beautiful Pool Home in Paradise!

Located in a peaceful residential area, this vacation retreat features a lovely four-bedroom, three-bathroom stilt-home duplex. The property includes a newly installed in-ground pool and spa, along with a delightful Tiki Hut for a tropical getaway. Situated on Estero Island, also known as Fort Myers Beach, this serene escape is perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and private washer and dryers in each unit. Upon arrival, there is ample parking for four in the driveway. There is a storage locker with beach equipment, as well as recreational equipment like a ping-pong table and a nicely sanded area that the kids will enjoy with cornhole boards overlooking the rear yard and fire pit. Also on this lower level are two outdoor showers, a gas grill, and plenty of tables and chairs. This duplex is perfect for large or extended families.

Unit 21172
Entry into unit 21172 is up the stairs on the left of the building and into the open-plan kitchen, eat-in bar, and living area. The decor is beachy/nautical. The kitchen has plenty of Corian countertops with tile backsplash, a double sink, a pantry, and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a 4-burner range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, a dishwasher, and refrigerator-freezer with ice maker. There is even a Keurig coffee maker. The adjacent living area is furnished with a sofa, two end tables, a coffee table, and two side chairs on an area rug, opposite which is a game locker credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screen-enclosed deck with a ceiling fan, furnished with a high-boy dining table seating 4, as well as two rockers and a cocktail table on an area rug. This unit also includes a stacked washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a flat-screen TV. The hallway bathroom has a nicely tiled combination shower/tub with sliding glass doors, a commode, and a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for the kids, with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. There is ample closet space and a desk with a lamp and chair.
