Welcome to our holiday villa on Curaçao. Your own detached home!
Two bedrooms with queen size beds. In the third bedroom there are 2 single beds and an extra bed for the little ones. Escape the daily grind and enjoy an unforgettable stay in our beautiful accommodation. Villa Famia is located in the safe and quiet residential area kashutuin. With facilities such as air conditioning, streaming TV, a refreshing swimming pool and modern comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, we offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms have been renewed. Spacious seating areas where you can relax and unwind.
It is lovely on the porch overlooking the pool. The porch is always shaded so you can enjoy it at the end of the day. The always gently cooling wind makes this the place where you will spend the most time. The garden is spacious with beautiful palms and offers plenty of play space for children. Despite the fact that there will be little to no traffic, the house is safely shielded from the public road.
Our property is located in the middle of the island in a quiet neighborhood. This way you never have to travel far, and that is a big advantage. Within a few minutes you will find supermarkets and eateries. The airport and Willemstad can be reached within fifteen minutes. In a 10 minute drive you will find the beautiful beaches of Curaçao.
If you are looking for a nice place where you want to enjoy the peace and quiet instead of the hustle and bustle of the large resorts, then this is your place to stay!
On the day of your departure you can use the villa for free until 6:00 PM

We are from the Netherlands. After a number of nice holidays on Curaçao we bought our own holiday home. We are very happy and proud of this house. Our guests are always satisfied and leave with a beautiful memory. We are happy to share these with our children, grandchildren and other lovers of this island.

Why they chose this property
Kashutuin is characterized by a quiet, safe and well-maintained neighborhood. There are about 35 villas here which are well maintained. There is no traffic here, except that of the owners and guests. There is always a cooling wind which makes the stay here extra nice! What was most important to us when purchasing this house was the garden the pool and the peace and quiet in the evening.
What makes this property unique
The space in the garden and the space on the porch and around the pool distinguishes us from other properties in the area. Our house is centrally located on Curacao so you never have to travel far. Supermarkets are close to the house.
